My initial contact was great with the owner. Every contact afterward was less than pleasant with front desk person. I was told 1 week and it was 2. I got my vehicle and had to take it back again because the rear seal wasn't on correctly. I was given no apology for the delay until I physically drove there and complained to the owner. I still have to take it in for the seal to be replaced and they agreed to provide me with a rental to "make it right" since it wasn't done correctly. I am highly disappointed given their high reviews. I don't ever want to do business with them again and they are allegedly the highest rated in the area.

We have used Better Body and Paint a couple of times. They are great to work with and do a great job. We feel like they go above and beyond.

They did a great job. They were honest about the timeframe and communicated with me throughout the process.
