Bi-Mart Membership Discount Stores

I love Bi-Mart. The employee feeling the need to comment on my child and how she was acting however, was really frustrating. Telling someone that she would “woop them and leave” if it was her kids… seemed extremely unprofessional and makes taking a 3 year old to the store even harder when we’re already worried about how people are judging your child and how they’re acting. If you don’t have anything nice to say, please, don’t say anything.

We love our Veneta Bi-Mart. Good prices. Smiling faces. They usually have everything we are looking for.

Bi-Mart in Vinita is an awesome place to shop they're inexpensive they have everything you need their customer service is great and they're very friendly

Bi-Mart is a good well stocked storewith fair prices, but it would serve me better if it opened earlier.

I love the fact they are a local, employee owned company. I also love the diversity of products they carry for a good price.

Very pleasant staff. Had to stop here during the Oakridge Fire Evacuation. Didn't have membership card but was allowed in to shop for our temporary needs. Great layout, easy to find what we needed at reasonable prices.

Absolutely love this place everything I'm in Oregon! Found some new flannels and some awesome buys!

Clothing is reasonably priced.
Cashiers are willing to grab your Milk products out of the cooler at check out. (Because Cooler is after check out in front of store). Most Bi-Marts [like one in Scapposse will not let you go get your milk you want or will they go get it for you]
Plus if your paying with SNAP card No Bag Charge.

I love my Veneta Bi-Mart! People are friendly and helpful and I always have a hassle free experience there. My only complaint is that they closed their pharmacy.

Spend your money locally whenever you can! Bimart has prices that compare to or beat big box stores, and they are always helpful and friendly. I got a Smith and Wesson iridescent purple foldable knife in the outdoor dept for ten dollars that is one of the best little knives I've ever had. I always find great things for great prices at Bimart.

The boss in the front is very rude and unprofessional I would not want to go back to this location

Unfortunately customer service at this location has declined over the last year. I continue to have issues with my prescriptions being refilled and lack of customer service with counter help being rude and impatient. I spoke with Kathy (who was filling in today) to clarify an issue I was having with one of my prescriptions that I went to pick up on Wednesday this week. She would not let me finish my sentence even though I asked her two separate times to please stop interrupting me. She gave an excuse that she is just filling in today and doesnt know what was going on. If she would of let me finish explaining my situation and stop interrupting me, she would of known my issue. I found out that the pre-authorization was not put in last week and the order was just filled without insurance. So they asked me for almost $400. I declinded the medication but was never informed at that time it had not had the pre-authorization done. My doctor was aware of this possibility and informed me that pre-authorization was going to be needed. But because of your delay im suffering. I do realize that this location is closing and will be a Walgreens soon. But that's no excuse for terrible customer service and not doing your job. By not turning in the pre-authorization I've now gone almost a week without this medication. Because of your failure to do what was correct. Your location failed at providing my medication in a reasonable time because of failing to properly ask for the pre-authorization. I have now gone without muscle relaxer for almost a week. And since you failed me i probably wont recieve my medication until monday the soonest. This is unacceptable. I expect an apology and for you to expedite my order.

Bimart dropped the ball on pharmacy.
Telling everyone that Walgreens was taking over and then at the last second, no Walgreens-no pharmacy NO-EXCUSE!
Shows you how they really don't care about their Customers. Atleast they still sell a few guns and Ammo.
The design of their stores is awkward and clumsy, kinda like their dealings with customers.

Can't find my members card and the employee couldn't find me. She was professional, gave me the heads up to find it, or get a new one. She's a gem. Ty R. Elaine Parsons

Mostly just the pharmacy causes the loss of two stars; however, they are switching to a different pharmacy company/program (Walgreens), so I am hopeful for improvement.

I always go to bi Mart to find what I need.
My son works there so is the new of the owners. LOL!

Thank you. I ask question on hardware I had a person showing me where it was. And pick out what I needed. Thank again BIMART. 4 1/2 stars
