OK. This is the second month in a row I've paid for auto insurance but it's never been active yet. This agent is a friendly talker and big promiser, but the absolute failure to provide the service he keeps saying is active and that I've been emailed proof of insurance about is unacceptable. I'm writing this as I'm on hold for over 15 min now trying to get the company to activate the instance so i can use my roadside assistance that I've paid for already. I'm taking my homeowners and auto policies away from him this week.
