I have purchase many good used tires from Big B they are always fast and clean shop. Last time my tire blew out in less than 24 hours. I was stranded and called them. They were short staff but sent help over and fixed my tire and I was back on the road: I liked Big B a before but they really stepped up to the plate to make sure I was safe- BIG 5 Alice S

The staff are super friendly and quick, had no problems with them what so ever, plus they even gave us advise on where to go for good mechanical work.

Went in with a tire that was basically bare and they found me a road worthy tire to last me til taxes at an affordable rate. Even put it on my car with no issue. Good customer service and made sure I got what I could both afford and need for my car to be safely driven for the next 60 days. Thank you!

No matter what is needed when I come here I always get exactly what I ask for. No bull. It's awesome to have somewhere to get good used tires when you're on a budget and they always stick to the price quoted on the phone. Plus you get to see what you're buying before they put them on the car. Awesome!

They do a great job with used tires. They now carry new tires as well. Prices are very fair. I have done business with them for over 25 years and will continue to.

They'll work with you on price options if you're on a budget. My grandparents, parents, and now me have been coming here for years.

Waited over an hour for them to even touch the car, waited another hour getting two tires put on. Terrible wait time, terrible service, and terrible price.

Went in today, needing 2 tires. They were excellent customer service and helped me out. Didn't have alot of money to work with but they helped me out by giving me a great deal. Would recommend them to anyone needing tires.

They resolved my issue when no one else could. I have an all wheel drive car but could only afford the 1 tire that needed replaced due to a puncture. They were able to match a used tire to my other 3 tires in tread wear and size so I only needed the 1 instead of all 4. I will still be getting all 4 at a later date but they fixed the issue for now and it won't damage my transmission. Great job!

Got a good deal on a pair of tires for my van they had a good selection in the size i needed and priced in my budget range unlike a big N W Tire chain that has never had a used tire in stock for whatever i was driving at the time but always had new tires that they wanted me to buy instead, which i didnt buy

New management and making a great effort to keep and gain new business. If you're expecting "sudden service", you've got another think coming, however! They sell a great tire, Falken.so that's a plus. But it's life in the slow lane for tire changing!

They are always looking to help not jib you out of your money, I always buy my tires here and so does my mom. Just got a lightly used set of tires that have been perfect for winter weather for $120! Can't beat that price and quality anywhere

It's an amazing place. Totally family friendly and service is by far the best. I live up by Portland, and I drive all the way down there for tires. Theres just no where else thatll beat the prices and service. Thank you again!

I've gone to Big O a few times and they have been good. They don't mess up my caps and I haven't had any issues with their tires. The tires were used, but they are holding up just fine. Just a nice, old school tire place where the guys have dirty hands. I like it.
