Our salesman Danny was amazing! Zero pressure, honest and prompt with timing. We let him know we were in a hurry and they had everything ready to go when we got there and the e whole process was only an hour. We love our new trailer and the price was exactly where we told him we needed to be.

Very friendly as soon as you open the door, made us feel super comfortable and took the time to really show us our options on what would fit our family.

This is our second time buying with big country. Scott and Paul were our sales members and were very professional and made the experience simple and smooth. They will have the millers business for years to come

Purchased travel trailer new from Redmond Big Coutnry RV and a extended warranty. Extended warranty was marketed and sold to me to cover parts and labor. The fridge and water pump failed which are both covered under the warranty. Overall bad customer service and communication. Had a scheduled drop off date in the books and showed up and they had no record of the drop off date. They ended up taking the trailer and said they would fit it in there schedule. It took 3 weeks to inspect the trailer. Called and followed up multiple times a week. Service department ensured me they would call me back on multiple occasions to give me a update they failed to do so. Had to come into the service department to get updates. The brakes were also inspected and mentioned that a bearing seal was damaged and grease had gotten into the drum should have been a simple fix to replace the seal and maybe damaged brake drum. They quoted me 2 new axles at over $4k! And they would not allow the trailer to be towed home without replacing the axles. Very alarming they are trying to replace components that are not even failed or damaged. In the end they would not honor the warranty for the water pump and fridge labor. I ended up paying $750 out of pocket for labor that should have been covered by the warranty. Very bad experience and will not be purchasing or using Big Country RV service department in the future. I would caution people to not purchase any extended warranty from Big Country RV because they will not honor it.

Okay selection. Surprisingly small for how big the store is. Rude, kind of pushy, and expensive. Stores like this are why shopping on the internet exists.

Big country RV definitely has some nice RVs. Me and my wife were driving by and saw a couple of bumper pull trailers on sale One was 250 a month and the other one was just a little bit more. We wanted to see what the price was and we were shocked. I'm not going to talk prices but the reason for leaving this review is The workmanship in the trailers that are in the front where you drive in that are on display in my opinion the trailers were built extremely cheap and felt cheap inside in one of the trailers someone shot a screw through the wall from the opposite side and it's pushing the molding out and this is a brand new trailer? I don't understand the pricing on these trailers I do know one thing I am definitely buying one used and if I have to dump 20 grand into it it would still be cheaper than what they are selling at Big country RV.
