Big Lots, Klamath Falls OR

Leased to own a couple twin bed mattresses and frames yesterday. Just got done building them. It was a complete P. I. T. A.for the process. It's like my 8th lease to own acquisition. You'd think the process would be streamlined by now. One nut that came with the hardware.it didn't work.it was stripped and did not come with an extra just in case.so.had to go to my tool room and hunt for a 10MM nut that would suffice.

I love my fully automatic Beretta BB gun it's awesome they got a bunch of other great stuff and best place to get shoes and all the Klamath falls

I shop there once or twice a week. I can always find what I need. If I feel lost someone is easy to find to help me put. I absolutely love the house decor! There's biglots in every room in my house.

Cashier was great! The Outside of Store has A lot of trash.

It always has a good variety of stuff there and the things they have in stock are frequently changing which I like. The staff are a helpful bunch.

Store was very cluttered. Bathroom were a little dirty. It seemed to me that it was a hardship for the employee to ring us up with two other employees standing right behind him. I must have interrupted their conversation.

Not my favorite place, always feels dirty, half empty, low inventory, lots of empty shelves, etc. The staff not very welcoming, helpful or friendly. My guess? Must not be a good place to work when no one working there seems happy

The workers were all great and helpful but its just my opinion that every store need to force these crybabies to wear their damn mask. There is no rights for these scum bags to allow people to drown in their lungs because they don't want to wear a lightweight cloth on their face. Hunt them down like its a crime.

Worst store ever! People are very rude and won't help customers. Never willing to help out a customer. Once I went in for a $5 return but the girl refused my return and I had a receipt.

Had to deal with Chris for offloading on this visit from United (Lane Furniture). Highly effective one man team with a great attitude, very efficient “go-to” guy in the entire store.

They had hardly nothing there, the only thing that I admired was the furniture they didn't even have any birthday things not even bags for sale. Maybe if I go back again they so, yeahhhhh.

Store very empty. Lots of items we used to buy here are gone. Seems like mostly furniture now. Advertised camping supply sale but found nothing.

I love Big Lots but because of the COVID issues, there isnt any furniture available in stock, we cant order any furniture and if buying, it can take up to 6 weeks to get it. Wit options so limited, it really changes the dynamic of convenience and buying furniture.

It's hit and miss to get what is advertised. I think it's because they sell out fast. There's not big crowds though. The staff is always poilte and helpful. Nice store well managed and maintained.

Literally one of my favorite stores to go to. They have all the best simple housekeeping and self care products for cheap. I love you big lots.
