Big Lots, Grants Pass OR

I love this store! Great merchandise, low prices and very friendly employees. They have such a large variety of items that it's almost a guarantee you will find what you're looking for!

It's big lots, what uve come to expect. Prices have risen enough to make it uncompetitive anymore. Used to be able to get great bargains. Now it's just a scaled back Walmart as far as pricing at least, though they offer some things life furniture that Walmart does not, it's expensive for what it is

I like big lots. But I have to be honest and say I really don't like the way they remodeled​ how to get to the cash registers. It's not becoming to the store. It looks rediculous. Sorry if my opinion offends you.

It definitely doesn't seem like a very clean store most of the time, but you can always find cool random things here and usually at great prices. They stay ahead on Holiday decor and right now have some very cute Christmas light up toys/decorations. Their furniture is the least expensive we found locally, and most of the couch ottomans open up! They have some basic food items and sometimes have great deals on Aloe Vera drinks and kids play bubbles. They have a clearance section in the back left of the store that has some really neat stuff! This is the place we like to go to pass time and possible find good and still stylish deals. Happy decorating!

Big lots is great. Hardly ever leave without a purchase of something. Great friendly service and awesome deals!

This is the story of only been to a couple of times when I've been there I've always had a positive experience interesting items I said they have unique items I think they also have contest or something Rewards yeah go for it, give it a try

On 5/20 I witnessed a store employee taking food containers out of the cart and throwing them on the ground in front of the building. This store does not have trash cans out front. So is this what they do? Boo! So many reasons this is wrong!

They did not have alot of selections but staff was friendly and store extremely clean. Covid is making it hard on every one

It was ok, this store was almost out of stock, the store was empty put quiet and the clearence is good, but I came for any type of clothes hangers of any type and curtains for our new to us apt!

Great experience, not crowded, very clean and organized.
They did have furniture on display with none in the back. If that furniture piece is not available, they will not let you buy the display. It may be possible to order it but it will take 10-12 weeks to arrive at their store for pick up. That is the ONLY thing I can say frustrates me about the store.

If you haven't been into Big Lots lately you need to go! They have totally upped their game. I would be surprised if you went in to browse and didn't come out with an arm full of special finds!

Do you need a dresser or a can of soup? You'll find them both here. There is sort of an odd assortment of items in the store, but they are friendly and have good deals.

It's a typical big lots no complaints nothing stands out as amazing either. Convenient location good stuff for a decent price.

Bought an oak double dresser here cheaper than I could find online and had help loading into the vehicle too. Big Lots is a pretty cool store.

Found some great deals and was impressed with the customer service especially the cashier that I had at the checkout if he's new to the store, did an excellent job, was very helpful and curtious, what seems to be a thing of the past nowadays.
