Staff behind register interested in each other's stories, had to ask a poor stocking clerk.

Best deals on seasonal decor, bed linens, bath towels and decor, mattresses, inexpensive storage, baskets, rugs, cleaning supplies etc. Garden decor and furniture, holiday decorations, personal electronics. My first stop when redecorating or entertaining or shopping for gifts

New store layout is nice, better selection of groceries, better overall layout. The people have always been friendly and helpful. I buy most of my outdoor lighting from these guys and I've never had a problem with anything purchased here. They seem to have some stuff you can't get anywhere else.

The staff here are always so helpful and you can typically find someone on the floor to help you. They also go out of their way to call another location if an item is out of stock. My only complaint is that the outdoor furniture is never priced (only a few items are).

I shop here frequently! The staff are very nice and the store is clean. The management went above and beyond with a situation a few months back. I will keep shopping here as it supports our community! My only complaint would be that it's a little hard to navigate on the right side as you walk in. I would recommend shopping at this location!

Always a fun place to look for deals. Items change all the time so you have no idea what to expect.

Big Lots is great for finding interesting things that aren't available elsewhere. The quality of their products is variable, on rare occasions surpassing that of other stores, as is their pricing. The statement "you get what you pay for" tends to hold true in this case.

Haven't been in, in awhile. Prices have gone up! $15.00 for sunglasses! Back to WalMart & the Dollar store for me.

One of my favorite stores to shop at! Awesome customer service. I am able to find most everything I need when I shop there. Great prices!

Easy to move around in and the day I was there it was a private party only family and friends. It was a blast. They let me take my rider out on the rink I'm disabled so I couldn't go roller skating.

Staff is super nice and friendly, not as many products and many other big lots that i've been to but the best staff i've seen at any big lots store.

Big Lots carries lots of things at big savings. The items it carries are often unique items which can't be found anywhere else. Always worth stopping in.

They always have great sales here on lots of things, saved money, got great deals, bed linens, animal products and toys, munchies, and home decor, loved it!

I love Big Lots! They are a great place to pick up almost anything that you need at great prices. I have purchased anything from a gallon of Milk to the mattress on my bed! Great place to go. And the people at the Thurston Big Lots are all super nice. Thank you Big Lots. I am glad that you are here in Thurston.

It's an ok place for some things. The things I went in for, most of all the products were opened and taped.

Its clean and the staff are easy to locate. Seem knowledgeable and helpful. I go there often and I love what I buy there-DJB

Busted other Big Lots in my home state of PA and this one was pretty large to me. Probably because of the furniture, which was pretty good in my opinion. There's some made in USA stuff there, which is great. Best part was the service though, hands down. Three employees were on point today. Very kind and helpful as I browsed. Cashier was great. Would definitely come back.

The manager there is very kind and helpful but if you're causing trouble she will take care of it quick.
