I absolutely love the bagels here, the staff is usually great and quick.there is an overweight gentleman that works here and last week when i was in he was yelling at a young boy over something super minor.left a really bad taste in my mouth

The staff always seem grumpy. One time the bagels were great. Two times they didn't make them right.

I have been going to Big O Bagels for 19 years and they are the best bagel in town! Go for breakfast or lunch and you won’t be disappointed as their food is delicious. Noel is probably the best person on earth too! Thank you Big O for being a central Oregon icon!

Convenient spot for a quick breakfast sandwich. No seating, but that just means you'll be back outside enjoying the city that much sooner. Quick and good.

No NJ/NY bagels here, but they're pretty much the best you're gonna get in town. They do an awesome deal on day olds that I highly recommend. They also have pretty good sandwiches that I recommend. The staff is nice, honestly the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the bagels are just not as good as the bagels I want.

I have been going to Big O for 10 years, love the place. Today, girl started making my food after taking $$ without washing her hands, handling the egg like she had never seen one. I was turned off at that point, but then she started making it wrong. When I remarked that I had never seen it done that way she gave me a ton of attitude. I ordered something else, got more attitude, paid, and threw my food away.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches. They're bangles are great and varied. Would definitely eat there again.:)

Went to the Eastside big-o-bagels and they messed up my order twice in a row, decided to try out the Westside, they also forgot the avocado I paid extra for. Only decent bagels with horrible service.

Came in the other day, not really knowing what I wanted. The lady at the counter knew her sandwiches well and helped me find the right lunch. Great food, great time, great service. Cheers

The staff is very friendly, the coffee is hot and good and the bagels are tasty.not sure what more they could do as a bagel shop.

I go here off and on twice a week for the bacon eye opener and i never have to worry about long lines because the workers are quick and efficient. They also show kindness to their customers and serve great food. It's hard to find something on the menu not to like and you can never go wrong with a cream cheese bagel.

A decent place for bagels within walking distance of where we usually stay. The bagels are fresh. We generally get them to go and toast them at home.

I need to remember to ask for my bagel to be toasted a little longer. The lox box is good, the eye-opener is yummy. Always excellent service.

$5 for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. Usually would be a great deal but I found it dry and bland - like the eggs came from a frozen package and salt was nowhere to be found.
