Made a takeout order for 6. They got it done quickly and no mistakes even though each sandwich was customized in some way. Also by far our favorite sub place!

The food is very good but it's very expensive. The customer service is sometimes very good but sometimes they are very rude. I used to go here a lot but not as much anymore.

The people are rude, uncaring, blame the customer for their mistakes, do nothing to create a pleasant experience and make you not want to come back because of their rude attitude.

The bread is the only decent thing about this place, everything else is poor quality. The sandwich meat is next to nothing on a sandwich and low grade meat. The potato salad is worse than Safeway’s. Same for the soup.

No point in coming here unless you want to pay to be treated bad.

Awful experience. Took the staff 10 minutes to acknowledge me even after walking past me multiple times. Order took even longer.

My French dip was smaller than my hand. Meat only put in middle. Horrible everything. Gross food.

Very disappointed in our Sandwhiches today. Ordered 3 sandwiches for over $40! ALL were made wrong. 2 were so soggy it was hard to even hold. The cheese was so thick we removed it because it was too hard to eat, whereas the meat was so thinly sliced it was hard to find. No one got the veggies they asked for, just all around not great food.
The staff was friendly but apparently didn't listen.
We only went here because our normal sub shop was closed. We will never get subs here again.

Sandwiches are good, but don't expect your order to be correct.
I don't know if it's a joke, but the last 3 times I've ordered to expect salt and vinegar chips, I get jalapeno chips instead. For $4 for chips and a drink, you'd expect to actually get what you ordered.

Always great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I tried the new Chipotle chicken and it was soo good! Ate it so fast I didn't get a picture.

The bread really makes the sandwich! It’s so light and fluffy, if I could I would just order the bread and eat it straight up! I recommend the paninis

Great sandwich shop! It was amazing. I had the americano panini and my bread was fresh, cooked perfectly. Also, if you sit in the back you can be served by the little lady.the robot not me.
I have been back since and had the Italian on the garlic bread, and it was epic, however I discovered that a large is too much for me. It was sooooo good though. Love the service and the options. Highly recommend.

That's my first time I ever ate there me and my old man and you know what we really like the sandwich they tasted really good and we liked it we will be back and the staff members are really nice we were talking and having a conversation and they were polite

I love the bread here, it's always been my favorite sandwich shop but they have slowly been declining.last visit was sort of the last time for me to visit, as the pandemic has seen this restaurant slowly lose its service and care, imo. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and got one with bacon, when I asked about it I just got an oh sorry, and no offer to correct it. I know its kids in there but still a tiny modicum of effort goes a long way.

Have been going to his place for years, pretty much order the same thing and the last few times I've been there the quality of the bread us subpar and they've left off some items that were suppose to be on the sandwich. Gonna give them one more chance and then I'm done.

Never had a bad experience here. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, the employees are very friendly and I’ve never had an order messed up or an issue with custom orders. Easily the best sub shop in the area
