The employees are super friendly and provide good assessments on repairs, price, and overall function. Great dudes, chill environment, and tons of cool bikes!

I go in after work, (dirty shirt- blue color job). The salesman was VERY self absorbed, while he was polite to ask what I needed, he lost all respect when I was after a 30.00 pair of gloves (of course he was sold out of anything ADULT size). He said "over there, pointing at the wall", which I already checked out.

He had ZERO people skills, zero politeness, zero what I was after today.

I guess unless your spending 5 grand on a bike every time you come in. He is too busy to serve you. And no I won't ever come back.

Had a great experience here with JJ. I am an amateur biker and he helped answer my questions and help me fix what I needed to. Really impressed with his knowledge and how respectful he was, to me a novice. Will definitely return.

Great experience-I love my gorgeous blue (Giant) Hybrid Bike with disc brakes. The staff was super helpful, the mechanic added a part for my bike. JJ even helped me load the new bike in my car. Super nice guys!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Only shop I've seen in this area that sells bmx style bikes. Service was fast and they took care of my problem right away.
