8 These folks know Husqvarna bikes, and they are very fair with pricing. I called two other dealers inquiring about activating the Explorer mode on my Norden 901, and the other shops wanted an hour of tech time to install the software (quoting $300-$350 total). Bill’s said “the software is $200, it only takes a few minutes so no extra fee. ” The person on the phone also had great knowledge of known issues with the 890/901 platform and spoke frankly about resolutions.
Looks like I’ll be making the trip down to Salem from Portland for anything related to my Norden!
The best! Bill has the experience and it shows every time I stop by. Good old school people first type of business with a handshake and a thank you on your way out.
I bought a slightly used gas gas 300 from Bill's this week. First of all the service took me back several years back to when you went into a motorcycle shop and the employees actually knew what they were talking about! The price was the best I has found after shopping for a few weeks. They have earned my business from now on. I highly recommend them.
I use to go to another dealer local to oregon to pick up Bikes. I thought they were the “best”…. I was wrong. Made a call drove from bend and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Bill’s is now the best in my opinion. Will definitely be back!
In my opinion the best motorcycle shop in the state. It definitely has a focus on offroad/dirt but service and knowledge is great.

My Motorcycle was over heating and they said my fan wasn't working so they installed a switch and it was still over heating because it wasent the Fan
Just got a new 2023 Husqvarna Fe501s from Bills and he was a joy to work with. Made the purchasing process a breeze, showed me features on the bike I didn't know about, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend others to make the drive to his shop, I will be buying other bikes from him in the future.
