Do yourself a favor and go to this place. They know how to maneuver protocol and the front desk and practitioners are very helpful. Thank you for helping me when I needed one more massage just four my hands and arms.totally worth it!

I came back for Reflexology after a long break from bodywork, and I am impressed how clean this place is! They are certainly on top of everything they can to keep it safe during this pandemic (such as covering seats with disposal covers etc.) and makes you feel comfortable without a question. I had 60min reflexology with Yuko. Her touch is very soothing yet strong, and she treats her customers in the most respectful manners. I highly recommend Bio Foot if you are looking for a stress-free quality time.

I came here because of excellent ratings. Well, as a deaf person, I got the first impression when I came in, I was simply rushed to the massage room right after I filled the paperwork. There was no interaction with no questions. I was actually thinking about to turn it down. However, I was being nice and see what it was like. I had a “deep tissue” massage for an hour. It was okay. I felt like I was at the massage place in the mall. The entry level. So, when it was done, I wasn’t warned that I would experience the body sores afterwards. All I got was, “Come back here again! ” I wasn’t satisfied so I decided to continue with reflexology. It was the best one. Will I come back again? No. Another than that, the place is vey clean, and the prices are reasonable.

This place is the best! I go there very often and bring my friends for reflexology because it's such a relaxing experience. The space is quieter and darker so that you can sink into the massage. The chairs are comfortable and they provide a heat pack for your neck, a footbath to start while they massage your forearms and then onto the foot reflexology. Every person I've ever had give me a massage there has been consistantly great, not something I can say for other massage places. Super friendly and easy to get booked and very reasonable prices. My friends and I always walk out feeling lighter on our feet and more relaxed overall. I recently got a body massage from Pingxiu (Lisa) and it was so good-she hit all the right spots without me even telling her. They are following COVID protocol and utilized masks, sanitized and the sheet over instead of using oil which actually found even more relaxing. So many of us could use some body work during the stress of daily life and during COVID I know people are apprehensive but they are following protocols with face and chair coverings, etc. Massage will help your body relax and ultimately help your immune system. I would definitely recommend booking reflexology or massage with them. They have the best rates and great customer service.

It started with the stress-free parking in the heart of busy downtown Portland! The location is very convenient and easy to find on Burnside St. I was very impressed how spacey and comfortably quiet this place was. I had 30min reflexology with Yuko. She was very friendly and attentive with her confident touch. The foot bath at the beginning made me feel welcomed and grounded. It was a pleasant experience and I am highly motivated to come back!

Two of us had back-to-back hour-long reflexology massage sessions with Yuko that were fantastic. She was thorough, professional, and gave just the right pressure. I spend a lot of time at the computer typing, and the attention she gave my thumbs and forearms eliminated some tingling I had recently been feeling. Highly recommended and excellent value for the cost. Plus free and easy-access parking near downtown Portland!

Got a same day appointment on a sunday! We did a couples foot reflexology session with 10 minute hand and 50 minute foot massage. It was great! My husband's masseuse was Anna and she really put in effort! Good check in and check out service. Good ambience and comfortable temperature. They provided tea and I had peppermint which was very calming.

I’ve had treatments from several different masseuses and they were all excellent. Highly recommended!

Got a lovely TuiNa massage from Jonathan today. He was wonderful, answering all my questions and doing thoughtful work. I will be returning for more!

I went for acupuncture treatments with Jonathan Irvin for post surgery recovery.
From the beginning of my first session, I was at ease with his professionalism and sweet nature. When my sessions are over, I will miss him as a person.
