Biscuits café, Oregon City OR

Didn't end up eating here because they made my family and I wait outside to be seated when there was no one else waiting in their "lobby". It's January, btw?

My wife and I figured we would drop in and get breakfast. My wife asked for soft bacon, the bacon that I got was so stiff that when I picked it up it broke in half, I also asked for over hard eggs, they oozed. The hashbrowns were very oily. I ordered the chorizo omelet the veggies where raw and the potatoes where under cooked I would not recommend eating here

I’m not sure what I did to be treated they way I was but I left feeling terrible about myself.
I felt like the whole crew of workers had a problem with me and I don’t know why. After I got my food I could see the waiter and cooks talking to each other and looking over at me but no one would come to my table till it was time to cash out but continued to help other tables. I felt ignored, gossiped about, and just like I didn’t belong. I was the loser and they were the popular kids.
No one should leave breakfast feeling the way they made me feel. They didn’t even say bye when I left the lady at the counter actually turned her back to me when she saw me walking her way. Idk what’s happened to this place but if this is how they treat people I will not be returning.

I had a bad experience at this location.
The food was good but the workers were very rude.
Also one of the cooks has a long goatee that was not covered with a hair net and he kept running his hands through it… very unsanitary!

Tried to call to place order. Someone would pick the phone up then hang it up. I thinking it was a phone issue, called again. Got a person rudly answering "hello". Asked about placing a to go order
" we are not taking to go orders, that's why we keep hanging up" very aggressive. This was Molalla

Called up Milwaukee, no issue and very kind person. Recommend Milwaukie biscuits!

Not a bad place to get a consistent breakfast. Prices aren't to bad maybe a bit high for the quality. I would give it 3.5: stars if I could.

First time trying this place and was very disappointed. As I immediately entered I could see the cook just on his phone in plain sight, then we were sat by a very nice server who was attentive and professional.
My quarrel lies with the kitchen staff. If you are going to have an open kitchen environment then the cooks need to act and look professional at all times.
After the cook was done on his phone he immediately went to touching the ingredients for my omelet and never once during my meal did I see the cook wash his hands. NOT. ONCE.between cooking other patrons' meals.
Also the entire dining room smells like grease which tells me the kitchen is probably just as dirty as the cook.
I've never had Biscuits food before so, yes, I did come in with high hopes the food would be good. Nope. Bland, institutional, and the bacon is obviously a few hours old. It takes like 3 minutes to cook fresh bacon. C'mon.

Also, this might seem silly, but why is their a loud staticy radio playing commercials in the dining room? Way to set an atmosphere!

Oh well. I mean, I tried the place. But I wouldn't suggest it and I wouldn't return.

Average at best. Got dine in and the food was just average. Service was sub par. At least it is better than Denny's

Good food and the staff was friendly! Although there did seem to be some beef between some of them!

Response to owner: Thanks for replying! It might have been me not interpreting the situation correctly it just seemed like there was two employees outwardly expressing frustration with each other! Nothing crazy just seemed like they were annoyed with each other! I understand it! It happens! It just did take away from one of my 3 experiences at this location! I love the food and the staff! Just that morning did put a bad taste in my mouth! Again I understand! Coworkers can be annoying! But learning how to communicate with each other in your frustration and not in front of customers is a good skill to learn/teach!

A great place for breakfast. It's what they do, why go anywhere else if you want "breakfast".

Awful service. Would not complete a to go order in the restaurant. Online and phone to go were unavailable so I went there and waited over 15 after being told they needed to seat the waiting costumer. Usually no issue but everyone seated came in after me as I wanted to order was biscuit and gravy. I would have better off sitting down and ordering.
Will never go back.

Not the place to go if you are on a diet. Lol. (But left over boxes are avail) Great place to go. Friendly staff.

Large portions very tasty. Service was a little slow, but not too much

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G! Haven't been to Biscuits in awhile because in the past the food was bland, servers subpar, and little value for the money spent. TOTALLY TURNED AROUND! From the moment we walked in, Steven greeted us warmly, recommended some menu items, and poured coffee quickly. The menu has been revamped and the Boom Boom Avocado Toast was beyond yummy. Thank you, Steven, for the recommendation! We now have a new saying. If something has surprised and delighted us beyond expectations it's now "Boom Boom". All the servers smiled and acknowledged us as they walked by. Simply a wonderful morning at the Biscuit.

Worst experience!
Firstly our food took over an hour to get half raw, half burnt food.
The biscuits were awful, dry and over cooked. The one thing that should have been right since it's your name!
The French toast was raw. The hash browns were almost burnt but the only edible thing I ordered sadly. The omlett was disgusting, no cheese on the inside just some cold meat. The sausage looked like cubed dog food. And a nasty slice of some cheap fake cheese on top.
It was a huge disappointment to say the least. And not a cheap one.
And to add insult to injury, when I attempted to call to say something to the establishment their number that they sent and used confirming my order isn't a working number.
Terrible service while we were there to get our order.
If I could have given zero stars I would.
Definitely will never eat there again.

Had the chicken and waffle maple cream Benedict! Delicious! Very friendly servers. Clean. Good coffee. Nice atmosphere. Good location. Would recommend.
