Jason and his team are phenomenal! His communication, responsiveness and expertise are very appreciated. We bought our rig here but we come back from servicing because of Jason! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Bish's RV Service Center to get my camper issues addressed. Kevin Cox made the process seamless while also keeping me in the loop as my issues were fixed which is greatly appreciated as I live a couple hours away. A thank you also goes out to the service tech, Trent Glover for his thoroughness with diagnosing and resolving the issues I brought the camper in for in addition to finding and fixing another issue I wasn't aware of.

Beware and go elsewhere….

Since it changed to Bish’s I would never recommend this place. My purchase was February of 2022. It was a horrific experience! The motorhome had not even been checked out prior to us doing the walk through and multiple things did not work. The sales manager even told me “you don’t expect everything to work on a used rv? ” I said “yes, I do and it’s advertised with all these amenities. ”

We had over 25 things not working. I have had to replace both roof top units which Bish’s service department said they worked fine. I still have a light switch not working and still have a check engine light that they said there’s no code. I have returned it 3 times and they still did not correctly fix all items.

Also, I recently was told the frame is bent. I don’t feel the service department has qualified workers. I am now doing this because I was told about the frame. I have contacted multiple people and my insurance company and my insurance company tried to get me to bring it there for insurance work. Instead I took it to camping world. Stay away and use another dealer. It’s all about greed as I see it. They don’t care if the RV has problems, they expect you to accept it. A very sad dealer. Buyers beware!

Went for service today with Jason. He was knowledgeable about my questions and managed to find the part I needed for my recall without me having to come back. Positive experience!

Kitrinka was our person that helped us with our new trailer. She was very knowledgeable and great to work with. She fixed many minor things we noticed and even checked on us several times as we transferred or things to the new trailer. Really a good person to work with

Casey at Bish's RV is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond to help us with our travel trailer needs. He kept in contact with us every step of the way. Thank you Casey for all your help.

Had a wonderful experience with the chassis service I received at their service center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they diagnosed and fixed my issue in a timely fashion!

Lithia couldn’t deliver on my RV camera setup and really put me in a situation before my month long trip. Called bishs and thanks to Casey, Tiffany, Aaron they got me in and takin care of just in time! Highly recommended

Our orientation to our new coach was just fantastic. We are experienced RV owners, and Bret took that into account. We knew the coach inside and out and did not have to listen to stuff we already knew. Absolutely the best.

We bought a brand new Sundance ultralight, not yet. I have found it one year have found lots of multiple things wrong with that. I have taken it back in twice to have things fixed. Mind you it’s brand new. They just can’t seem to get it right goes somewhere else to buy!

Bish's RV Service was a Pleasure to work with! They were efficient and timely with their evaluation of our RV. Repairs were implemented in a timely manner and the cost was fair coupled with thoughtful less costly suggestions for alternative solutions. I greatly appreciate their work.

Bought a new rv and boy was this a mistake. Forest river and Bush’s did a terrible job. We have a list of 15 serious issues with this rv. Propane line pinched, water pump won’t prime due to water system failure, slide out facia broke, underbelly falling down, toilet leaks, tow cord pulling loose from junction box, washer/dryer connections leaking, shower enclosure has holes were factory screwed up, brace brace at rear skirt has broken screws, This dealership is a joke. Lack of quality people in service and sales.

Got a 2022 coachman trailer four months old. Jeremy bish is the only person that has helped me in a positive way.
If you have to contact them I say go through him.
Highly disappointed in how the experience turned out with bish's service department. They make you all kinds of promises and say things, Like we offer towing if your trailer needs service. That's a lie. They do not offer! They will tell you and show you the perfect trailer to live in. But not tell you it voids any warranty they have. Cindy and Tiffany at the first street location told us the water damage in a four month old trailer couldn't be repaired under a yr warranty bish offers. Why. Because someone lives in it. Everyone that helped us that day we got it Knew it was going to be lived in.
The fact the trailer and plumbing were Poorly put together means nothing.
My ac unit hasn't worked! That's my fault too since I plugged it in to a 220. I didn't fry the converter box which is what happens when you plug into the wrong voltage. But again that's out of pocket expense. They won't cover the warranty or even look at it.
Epic disappoinment. I will never refer someone to them or use them again for repair or purchase. Not an honest company.

Joe and Jason were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. They got us in & out in just a couple of days. They got our inverter and battery issue diagnosed and repaired with professionalism.
