We would like to mention that Katrinka was awesome. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She prepped and showed us our camper. Knowledgeable and detailed. We were impressed.

This is a great park and having power going out because of unusual heat wave but they are out here trying to help us and fix the problems and keeping our electric on

I was completely stressed about this whole RV buying process however, ERIK made our shopping AND buying experience a breeze. I never had one bit of worry or doubt thanks to this man. He really gave us time to get comfortable and make sure we were getting what we needed for our needs. Thank you to the whole team but especially Erik! We are very pleased and ready to get rolling for sure.:)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to ask to be welcomed in the RV park and they refused. I was told that spaces were available but I could not have one. I told them I have money and reminded them it was going to be over 100 degrees and no accommodations were given to me. I was informed that my vehicle is too old. I have shopped in their store before.when they took my money on those occasions, they never asked my how old my vehicle was.do you have a heart? Over 100 degrees

This Travel Center is very nice, and about everything you'd need for your RV. Their Service Center staff are excellent too. Jeremy was very helpful! Recently stayed 3 nights bin RV Park, it's very nice too, rail road track isn't too far away but didn't keep us up during the night. Highly recommend recommend Guaranty RV Travel Center, Service, and Park.

Ryan, our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect first travel trailer for our young family. And he was extremely patient with us (sorry for taking up so many hours of your life, Ryan). Even after his job was done, Ryan kept checking in on us and was very attentive throughout the process.

I have to admit, we were a bit overwhelmed before the walkthrough; being our first time owning (and now needing to maintain) a trailer. But Michael, in the Guaranty RV Service department, made it all fairly simple in the end. It's all pretty logical and Michael was extremely thorough, not only at explaining but ensuring we actually understood what he was explaining. It's clear that Michael wanted to make sure we knew he'd be there, if we had problems we couldn't solve in the future, but also wanted to make sure we didn't have to come back and pay for repairs due to accidental neglect or misuse. Thanks to Michael, I entered the lot a bit freaked out but left with total confidence.

The people at Guaranty RV are all extremely polite and knowledgeable, and they are backed up by lots of other helpful and friendly professionals. Perhaps best of all, the only delay getting you out of there with your new trailer or RV, is on you. We only spent a handful of minutes signing paperwork and all the jazz you hate about buying cars and RV's. Conchita had us out of there in minutes! We spent a couple hours boring Michael with our incessant questions, but we could have been in and out in no time, otherwise.

Great products, good prices and top-notch service from a friendly team of knowledgeable professionals. That's the experience we had at Guaranty RV.

The ladies with the park always take great care of me. They know that even when I make reservations for a week chances are parts are not going to arrive in that time so they always block out an additional 4 days just incase and I usually end up using at least 2 of the additional days.

I bought my first RV here. My salesman, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. When my used RV had problems starting, John from their service department responded immediately and charged me nothing. Inside the travel center there are RV parts including plumbing, electrical, lighting, towing equipment, TV"s, satellite dishes and kitchen hardware. There is also a cafe inside with great, reasonably priced food and friendly waitresses. Behind the travel center is a clean and secure RV campground with restrooms and a place for dogs to do their business. This is by far the best place to buy an RV in state!

Guaranty RV Service Center is fabulous, professional, resourceful, and timely. Our service manager that we dealt with, Sherry Rouillard, is the friendliest and most positive person that follows through impeccably.

Other Newmar RV service centers I called failed to call me back or replied much later, setting an appointment was months out, or they were too busy to take us, or the time in the shop was weeks out.

Sherry was flexible with the appointment, got us in much sooner than the others and promised a quick time in the shop. She made everything possible, along with amazing technicians, Phil and Devin. It was totally worth our journey coming from California to get our repairs at Guaranty RV.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
Our family decided on purchasing a toy hauler. We looked online and went to Guaranty. We found one that fit us. We walked through it and was promised it was ready to role off the sale lot. It wasn't! The electric fire place had failed and didn't work waited 2 weeks for new stove and install. This is before we even picked it up. We did second walk through with Guaranty "master service tech" Brent
he explained how the trailer worked and promised everything was in order. This was a complete scam I asked him to show me that all the systems worked. He promised again that he had gone through and double checked all systems. The refrigerator was on in the trailer at walk through but the service tech lied and said the unit hadn't been plugged in long enough to fully get the fridge to operating temperatures. I took his work for it. This was the last mistake I will ever make at Guaranty RV. It has been a disaster trying to contact Lee in service, sales, and Steve or Brian in customer service department after the first walk through before even bringing the trailer home. Once I brought the unit home I opened the slide outs one of the side outs failed to open properly and will not properly seal shut. The refrigerator does not work at all. Most of the leveling jacks for the 5 wheel leak hydronic fluid. I have called multiple times a week for over a month I'm fed up. I do not recommend dealing with Guaranty! They are not to be trusted! They are avoiding my situation won't call back or help what so ever!

We’ve been coming here now for three years. Every time the service is fabulous! Just wanted to personally thank Ryan Armstrong and his RV technician team for being top notch professionals. They do why they say and say what they do. Always leaving our RV in better condition than we dropped it off. Living in our RV full time, it means a lot to have piece of mind that we will have our RV back on the road as soon as possible. Ryan is a dream to work with, and will consistently communicate with you throughout the day. We also love to stay in the RV park next door. It makes maintenance appointments super easy. Jill and her team are kind and gracious. We love Guaranty!

Entered the rv store and not even one person greeted us or ask to help so after about 30 min we left and spent our money at Camping World where we we welcomed and even joined Good Sam.

We recently purchased a 2007 Roadteck Van with the assistance of Gary ‘ the van guy ‘. The van was serviced by a local Mercedes dealer and the Guaranty repair facility making sure that everything functioned properly. The purchasing experience at Guaranty was excellent and we would recommend that they should be considered if buying a RV. We also had a solar panel installed at the facility which functions well.
We just traveled from Oregon to Arizona with no issues over a period of 3 days. Happy with our purchase!

Excellent full service, modern RV park. Excellent RV store, friendly folks. Propane service. Junction City is all about RVs.

The food in the restaurant here is really good to still have tooth use it as take out and the people that work here are awesome people it was wonderful experience
