Great experience from check in to check out. Staff was super friendly, were able to answer questions I had and even helped me keep track of the glasses I was trying on. My optometrist was very professional and gave me information on wearing my contacts. I will be coming back to purchase contacts and frames, such an easy process when everything is available right on site.

Cannot rave enough about Blink. Dr Armstrong is one of the best eye doctors I have seen (and I have had glasses since age 7 and have seen quite a few) - and is very invested in your comfort and the quality of your vision experience. When the contacts they recommended weren't working quite right, they worked with me over the period of several weeks to get the right brand in my eyes so I could feel comfortable.

More recently, I had a bad fall which resulted in a partially broken temple piece. I went in without an appointment and the staff were able to fuse it back together with no charge to me. I am so appreciative of the time and patience they have shown each time I visit - it's starting to become increasingly rare to experience the level of customer service they provide. Highly recommend!

Blink is great! Everyone, from front desk staff to the optometrist was really helpful, friendly, and kind. Loved the decor, too! Great visit and I’m so stoked I can see much better again!

I showed up at 4, just as they were closing. As I was about to walk away, one of the employees came to the door to see if they could help me. I just needed my glasses adjusted and was more than willing to come back another day. Instead, the employee invited me in and made me feel very welcomed as he spent ten minutes adjusting my glasses for me for free.

I showed up at close, didn't spend any money, and was treated graciously the entire time of my visit. This is what impeccable customer service looks like. I will definitely be recommending Blink to any friends needing glasses.

Had a great experience here from eye exam to trying on glasses. Really fun people and vibrant environment which is refreshingly different from other optometrists. Also a great selection of glasses with people that know how to help you find the right pair.

I love Blink! I’ve been going there (from Salem) for years and they always have a great selection. The people who work there are super friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. If you get frames there, you’re not likely to see them on anyone else. They are great at picking out unique, one-of-a-kind frames as well as more mainstream looking selections. The store’s decor is always unique and interesting and the music enjoyable. It’s a fun way to spend some time! Go check it out!

This place is absolutely amazing! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed while choosing my frames, and they allowed me to try on several pairs for over 30minutes. The doctor was also awesome! Very knowledgable and outgoing. You will not be disappointed if you book an eye appointment here.

Best experience I've ever had at an optometrists! The team is friendly, knowledgeable and highly customer service-oriented, despite all the challenges that come with a pandemic. Their selection of glasses is fabulous and I feel great about my new eyewear. Highly recommend.

Kevin was so nice to me when I had to reschedule my appointment due to an eye infection. He talked to the doctor for me, talked to me about options, and rescheduled me without issue. This place is great and I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend visiting Blink for your eye care needs. They have a wide selection of unique glasses, many of which are made of sustainable materials. The staff here goes above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I love that they select frames that I would not have chosen for myself and end up being knockouts! Dr. Armstrong was super fun and patient while I asked him questions about my contact prescription. I've been coming here for the last three years and every experience has been excellent.
