Blue Mountain Management reviews
21Casie was quick to respond with request for additional information and acknowledged receipt of the materials sent to her. That is a first for this HOA management team. I always had to call and ask if the application and supporting materials requested were received.
Sydney Shook a community manager at 45 Central Condos is one of the few responsible and caring individuals at Blue Mountain Community Management. Her dedication to the association and the people who live there goes above and beyond. I wish we had someone like Sydney at the very beginning of the HOA establishment. I am grateful for her hard work. She is an asset to the whole community and the management company.
I filled out a ARC form to see if I could install a shed in my backyard. It’s been over a month already and still no reply. Not sure what is so hard about reading a paper and approving it or rejecting it.
I’m only able to give 3/5 stars here for my experience as a whole with this HOA, but if it were a rating for Eric Murphy in Compliance, there wouldn’t be enough stars! We’ve had several issues in our neighborhood since we moved in and have been actively searching for our next home due to it. However, my most recent experience with Blue Mountain was great because I was connected with Eric. He was steadfast, polite and thorough during the process of assisting us with our case. Thanks again!
Unfortunately, they don't have a zero option. This is the worst HOA management company. They don't take responsibility for anything. They refuse to do the yard maintenance I pay for monthly, among many other things. The declarent has been scamming $$ that is not adding up. They have not problem sending their monthly HOA bill. I hope the BOD fires them!
I am so glad I am selling my place. I have owned property in other neighborhoods with HOAs and these people are literally the worst. Before your neighborhood is formally released from the builder these people will let the common areas deteriorate but then patrol homes like crazy just to assess fines to pad their bloated budgets. At one point they were even assessing fines on people for property they literally did not even legally own. Why? Because they assume the average homeowner is dumb and will just pay up and also maintain areas they do not own. That way it both reduces costs for them while increasing revenue.
Alexis is courteous, & knowledgeable.
Within a few seconds of picking up the phone, she positively identified me, familiarized herself with what I needed and proffered a response.
Great customer service.
Thanks you,
Valentine
My experience with Melissa was fabulous! Typically even though homeowners have access to all the documents, there is a charge and a long time lapse prior to receipt of documents. Melissa expedited the process and because homeowner had access, there was not a charge. Great customer service. Quick response to e-mails.
Tracy Kuehl was very helpful and answered all my questions timely. It seems Blue Mountain is easy to work with. I would give 5 stars but it took a month to hear back on my ARC request.
David Schild has worked with me and my firm for going on 3 years now in the roofing process of currently held properties. I have never had such a smooth process when dealing with a management company. Davids experience has helped us make many large roofing jobs go very smooth. He is reasonable and works great with us and the owners. I would recommend this management company to anyone.
My customer service experience was great. Nancy really did her best getting me the documents I was seeking in a prompt manner. I would like to see an easier way of acquiring the documents I need. For the amount of money I pay to the HOA every month, I would expect an electronic database where I can view all relevant documents.
Cant say enough good things about David Schild and the guys over at Blue Mountain Community! This also includes (Josh Porter & Cliff Zener). I am a painting contractor (Damas Painting) and have worked for them for a little over a year now. From day one they have always emphasized communication between EVERYONE involved on all projects. As a business owner, its been really nice to work with a company that truly cares about their communities and does not cut corners when hiring contractors. They have always made sure that we use high quality products which is extremely important in the painting industry. They keep us contractors on our toes to ensure that all of their communities are taken care of. I would highly recommend Blue Mountain to any communities out there that are looking to make change! Thanks guys and we look forward to working together for many years to come!
Kimberly Mihaylov the AR Lead is just such an awesome person to work with! She's quick with providing information when prompted and is absolutely the nicest! We at Equity Experts are thoroughly excited about our wonderful partnership with Associa Blue Mountain and I believe Kimberly has stood out immensely to keep everyone on track and up to date. Way to go, Kim!
The WORST company ever. They are terrible at communication. They are dishonest. They misled our entire community and charged fees for things they never did. If you value your money or your time, avoid Blue Mountain Community Management! If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Tracy Kuehl was extremely accommodating and understanding of my concerns about the proper process in submitting my landscape improvements to Blue Mountain Management for approval. Very satisfied thus far.
Blue Mountain has been a disappointment for me as a resident in brand new townhouses that they "manage. " I generally get no response to phone calls or emails with my concerns, and even though the community is pretty upside down with construction at the moment, someone took the time to come around and put violation notices on our doors for various reasons. I have recently discovered ONE person at Blue Mountain who actually responds and takes action, Kevin Potter.
Otherwise, I would warn rule-abiding people against moving anywhere that Blue Mountain HOA manages. It's very frustrating to be responsible homeowners, and not get any response from questions and concerns.
Worst service over the phone bad attitude no people skills. I cant get a hold of Jeff left him a voice it's been 2 days called again and go figure he is not in the office till Monday these people just dont care wish I could give negative stars
I work with condo management companies on a daily basis and getting information can sometimes be hard. I needed insurance information and contacted Blue Mountain, and spoke with Elani Dean. She helped me figure out an issue I had in only a few minutes and got me the vital info I was looking for. Great service and very nice.
As a vendor of Blue Mountain, I have worked with Josh, Cliff and David on several properties and projects. I have appreciated their professionalism, availability for discussion, and follow through. It's apparent that they seek to provide the best service possible for the communities that they serve.
As a real estate broker, I've dealt with Blue Mountain Management more than a couple times for HOA questions and docs. Melissa's response and info were always prompt and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
