Blue Mountain Networks

Not very happy with these people. I never signed up with them i guess they took over for the place I was getting Internet from. Well their online bill pay will not take my payment. Now I am getting a late fee. The only way to pay them is by phone which they charge you a fee to do. I guess we know why you can't make a online payment so they can charge you more by being forced to pay by phone. I am so mad I am looking for another provider.

Sureline was okay, but this Blue Mountain network is absolute garbage. It works maybe sometime. It seems like it's out more than it's working, and don't even bother calling because you won't get assistance.
I want to support local, but sureline should have stayed. Everyone streams now, and, with Blue Mountain Network, everything we try to watch is like watching TV in 1982.
Find something else

Sureline was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, but they over promised and under delivered. The speed was painfully slow in SW Redmond. We cancelled within the first month of service. They said they'd come get their equipment, but failed to do so after several weeks. Then we received an equipment bill! I called to dispute the bill and they kindly removed the charges from our account and fairly promptly came to retrieve their equipment. I though everything was settled until I received a bill from Cascade Credit Consulting. Sureline sent our bill to collections! I do not recommend Sureline.

My friend pays $80.00 a month for "gigabyte" speeds. The average speed after testing is a WOPPING 3.5mbps download and 1mbps upload.the absolute fastest it has ever been is 30mbps download and 10mbps upload.

This service is a scam for older generations who want an internet connection but don't test the speeds. Avoid this service at all costs unless you like turning a 2 hour movie into a 5 hour buffering nightmare.

Sureline Brodband IS A SCAM

As a business owner of Spiffy Car Wash the service has been great. They have been proactive in upgrading and letting me know of any issues with a phone call. For that I give them a 5 star. On the other hand the billing department is on my Sh@t list. Twice my account has gone delinquent because they have changed credit card providers. First time I understood. Second time (this week) I was shocked when they cut my service to my business preventing me from accepting credit cards. I called and she said oh we changed credit card providers and you should have received an email to call us. No emails. Why is this my problem in the first place? She quickly updated my account without any additional information or approvals and said all is fixed, thanks. You guys need to do better with business accounts. I expect better from you! Thanks

Sureline has never disappointed! We moved to Madras in April and signed up with their services immediately. In the beginning we had some struggles with our service keeping up with our needs! The team at sureline worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy customers, and we are!
