If your schedule doesn’t work for them they will ask you to move. If you don’t want the optional places they say ok thanks will cancel it.

Booked a 3 nite minimum as requested, but because they couldn’t fill Sunday nite (I depart on Sunday).
I was asked to move to another property to rent. Not my fault they couldn’t secure a reservation for Sunday nite. So they call it a dead nite and I have to move.

They don’t care that they lose someone’s business. Sad because we used to stay there a lot and I thought they were still a good company.

The condo itself is a good size and was clean, but other wise it was awful. The furniture and all the beds had to be at least 20 years old. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! My Moms back and legs hurt so bad we went and bought an air mattress for her to sleep on. Definitely not what you expect for almost $300 per day. We called the management about it and was told "Oh Well. Soft broken down beds we're the owners preference and we'd just have to deal with it.
The freezer door was frozen shut, and the management didn't care about that either. We had no ice the whole time. It was so uncomfortable we left a day early and just sucked up the lost money we had to pay in advance. Ours was unit #14. If you stay at this place I recommend going and seeing it in person, with your own eyes first. Other wise, you'll be wasting your money. You'd be more comfortable in a tent
I definitely will NEVER GO BACK!

The people that dealt with us were great and kept us informed. The duplex we rented was awesome with having everything we needed. It appears to be an older building, but in all fairness, sitting on the beach is a corrosive atmosphere and the place could only be a couple years old, despite everything else they have updated everything and it looked new. If you're really pickey don't ruin a good time here for others. We loved it and don't need picky Nancy's giving out 1 star. For most of the rest of us we will have an awesome time, a 5 star stay!

This place is nice. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you'll need to make a meal. It is during the week so it is quiet. The hot tub did have alot of bird poop in it so that was a negative and doesn't seem to go above 100. Beach access is about a block away. TV in the 'activity room' doesn't work so that just consists of a pool table. A little pricey but all in all we've enjoyed it and would recommend.
