The Blue Raven team did a fantastic job installing our solar panels! They were punctual, friendly and professional. They did everything with a “safety first” approach and wrapped up the job in a few hours. If I could give six stars I definitely would!

Quick, efficient, on time and knowledgeable. Also friendly and respectful if that’s something you look for or need. Personally the on time and knowledgeable were the most important for me and they absolutely delivered.

Install crew was awesome and was finished in about 6 hours. Would be five stars but they missed that I needed a roof replacement on their inspection (first crew that came to install caught it thank god) that extended out the whole process several months. Install crews are great

Outstanding service from initial contact through installation. Took the time to find and field all our questions. Installation was painless and the install came out nice and clean. Will edit later with actual usage numbers.

This is nothing to do with their product, but entirely to do with customer service. Today I was called 4 times. 3 of which were back to back within a couple of minutes, even after they were told they had the wrong number and to please remove my number. Then again this afternoon. It's obnoxious, they seem to refuse to remove my number and now have texted. This is aggressive and harassment. Don't know why it's unthinkable someone gave them a wrong number and to leave people alone when they have asked to be left alone.

Only one year ago they installed solar on my home with their word that the roof was in good condition. My roof is leaking now and a roof inspector verified that the roof needs to be immediately replaced. Now blue raven refuses to acknowledge wrongdoing and I'm on the hook to spend thousands of dollars to remove and re install the system that is only one year old. Do yourself a favor and find a company that doesn't tell you whatever they think you want to hear to sell you a system.

They did a nice job on installing the panels in a timely manner when they were here. The only disappointment I had with them is when they started the job they should of come back the next day and finish the job that day and not four days later. Bad scheduling.

The salesman William Lieberman was polite well informed and very professional. William kept us abreast of the entire procedure and was always available for any questions we had.
The installation team was on time and professional. The installation process was extremely quick and the team was extra careful that everything was cleaned up and left in pristine condition.
Overall a great experience!

Install crew did a great job, they were nice, professional, and on time. They even finished install earlier than expected.

I have had multiple interactions with rude door to door sales people who ignore no trespassing signs and no soliciting signs. Even to the point of arguing with me when I tell them I am not interested and ask them to leave. Any company that promotes this practice I would never do business with, and I suggest you don't either.

No Stars! Do Not get Blue Raven Solar! We have had the worst experience with Blue Raven! A very unprofessional team, the workers left garbage and debris all over the roof. Damaged our new roof, left so many holes on the roof and covered some with caulking. They are taking forever to come fix the damages.

The installation crew was very respectful and made sure the solar panels mounted to our roof were done with great care to keep the roof integrity. All crew members wore PPE and fall protection gear while working on the roof. The crew worked efficiently throughout the installation process and cleaned up all before leaving after carefully checking to make sure we were satisfied with their work.
I will definitely recommend Blue Raven Solar to my friends and neighbors.

The crew arrived to a red morning ski and set up the impressive amount of tools and installation hardware that goes behind these slick panels. The laughter, easy coordination and kindness of the 3 guys made a most pleasant background to my day as I watched my dream come to fruition of going solar. What a great day! And they left my yard as tidy as they found it. Too bad I can't upload pics, as that would tell another part of the story.
This has been a most efficient, smart, smooth project from start to finish. Thanks, Blue Raven, and to all the players and behind-the-scenes coordinators. What a CLASS ACT!

I put one star because I had to put something. This company, without my request, contacted me 3 to 4 times a day in addition to text and when I did talk to somebody to try to explain that I did not request to be contacted he hung up on me! When am ready to go solar I would never go with his company because of the harassment practices and I recommend nobody else does.
