Always efficient, quick, honest, and straightforward. They never price gouge or try to rip you off. My mother and her best friend won't trust anyone else to service their vehicles and neither do I. We've going to these guys for years and have never had an issue with their service. They'll even risk losing business by telling me if minor repairs can be handled by my boyfriend when they know we're short on cash and looking to save money.

These are the guys I trust with my car, and I know a lot of other people who do as well. They have talked me out of getting work done that was unnecessary on more than one occasion. How many mechanics can you say that about?

Great price, quality service, and fast. I got stranded south of Cottage Grove when my alternator crapped out. I got towed to B&A, they had me back on the road in about 2 hours. Super friendly, I wish they were closer to home so I could use their services more regularly.

I went here to get some minor things fixed and about 2 hours later I received a call saying the work was done. I was told that some issues could not be resolved at this shop but everything else was fixed. The vehicle didn't even make it the 0.8 miles to my house before the problems came right back and new, more serious problems occurred. I went back to them to show the new problems and explain that this has never happened before and it had to have happened while in your possession. I was told exactly what the problem was without them even coming out to take a look at it and was told that it wasn't their fault that it happened. They didn't offer to check their work to make sure they didn't cause this or anything in fact I was told that all of the problems it has were due to the "out of state" license plates it has on it. Zero Stars!

They made the whole situation so easy for someone who knows nothing of cars. Adam was nice and didn't treat me like I was stupid at all. They joke around and lessen the stress of knowing nothing about cars. The prices are great and got me in quickly and back on the road even quicker. These will be my go to guys from now on

I had just moved to town, needed a mechanic shop to do about $500 of work, and my girl's dad said to go to B&A because they were "The only ones who treated him like a real person. " I used to work in a big auto repair shop in California, so I went everywhere getting repair quotes and letting them fight over who would give me the lowest price. I'd nearly forgot to go to B&A, and I went there last. Instead of treating me like a customer, they treated me like a person - joking around and being perfectly honest. They gave me the best quote and the clearest explanation of any car shop.
I've gone back to B & A several times for work, gotten to know Bob & Adam, and I've never met more thoroughly competent mechanics in my life (remember I worked in a shop myself for 4 years and knew many mechanics). Their knowledge continues to blow me away from current hot rods to trucks from the 60s; from the engine to weird electrical problems; they seem to know what's wrong before you're done describing the problem. Every time I stop by there they seem to have a car with the most complicated and difficult combination of things wrong with it, and the next week it's gone 'cause they fixed it.
Take your car here and have faith you won't find a better shop.

The service is great the people are nice and they are people you can trust to fix your car the right way with the best prices around.

Our family had some trouble with some other dishonest shops in town and we finally found B/A, and it was a breath of fresh air, these people (Adam, Bob and other Bob) are the genuine article, no bs, no trickery or deceit, honest to a fault, and they'll get the job done right everytime and maybe save you a lot of money with always offering a ton of great advice. We won't go anywhere else for auto service, we've been with them for years now. Thanks Adam and family for always being there for us, like a family.

Bob and Adam are hilarious, and they are always on the lookout for ways to save me money. Last time I went in, they brought the job in under their estimate (which was low to begin with). The time before that, Adam came up with an ingenuous solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. Don't feel nervous about giving them a call. These guys will treat you right!

Got me in right away, dove right into the problem. I was on a trip to Phoenix from Seattle and Bob got me back on the road in a hurry.
