One because I had to give them a star to post… Horrible customer service and installation of my shutters. I was told just don’t look at them! Who says that to a customer? There are other companies in the Portland area please choose another, save the heartache you’ll be glad you did.

There were very long delays between each contact. Nobody that we dealt with was cognizant about what was going on. The entire process took many months, with lots of errors.
However, their installer Jerry is outstanding! He saved the day and the final result was satisfactory!

Bolliger has a personal touch throughout your process no matter what it is. They are friendly, helpful, and always deliver a superior product. I am so happy to support a local business that does a fantastic job!

Really nice company to work with. Emily came out to provide an estimate and we reached the consensus that it would actually make more sense esthetically and functionally to match existing shutters made by a company not carried by Bolliger. I appreciated her integrity and did not feel any sales pressure. I would certainly work with Bolliger in the future.

Bollinger was excellent in every way. Service was prompt and professional, window coverings arrived earlier than originally expected and installation was done smoothly. Can't ask for a better experience.

Very disappointing.handed off to another vendor in "Cindys. " Creative solutions to my needs were not provided. For me, I am so happy to pay for a consultant with great solutions however Cindys / Bollinger failed to do so.

The final insult was my several yards (heavy!) of used fabric which I plan to use, was in a bundled skinny plastic bag (like a Dry clear bag tied on the ends) they fell apart in my closet.

I work for a property managment company. I had a set of blinds that were locked up and I brought them in for repair. He fixed them in 5 minutes free of charge. He educated me on the style of blind and recommended styles for future replacement. A+ service.

This team was highly professional despite a backlog of projects delaying installation. They set expectations well and were friendly and communicative through the entire process. Great team - I look forward to working with them again.

Bolliger windows was so great to work with in replacing our whole house of blinds. The designer came in a helped us decide exactly what we needed and the installation was so fast and efficient. Everything looks great!

This is a great locally-owned source for blinds and other window coverings. They have reasonable prices and good decision support staff. Bonus: they also do repairs!

I was very pleased with the service at Bolligers. I had to find shades to replace the sheers my son's cat destroyed. Marti suggested I try some shades that would be cat proof so I took her suggestion and was able to find just the right color. A lady came out and took measurements I got the shades but they were too wide so they had to be adjusted but they were cut down and reinstalled and they work great and the cat hasn't bothered them. I would recommend Bolliger Window Fashions & Interiors to anybody wanting good service and great products.
