I was too busy to post a reply when this happened a few months back.he said he was going to fix my computer after i spilled some water on it, asked for priority and he kept telling me he was waiting on a part.for 3 weeks.then he got it working temporarily only to tell me the cost was so much i should just buy a new computer, but wanted to charge me for accessing my memory after nearly a month of waiting, then upon telling him i shouldn't be charged at all given how much of my time he wasted after making false promises, sold my computer for parts and didn't help me out with returning my hard drive. DO NOT GO HERE.edited to add he has not once attempted to contact me after telling me i needed to pay him to get my data after wasting a month of my time.

Bailey & Peter made my computer and printer repair incredibly easy. Communication was great, as they checked in with me frequently about decisions before proceeding. They also took the time to explain what they were seeing in a way I could easily understand. Much appreciated.

Awesome experience. Even though my Dell laptop was not able to be saved. The folks at Bolt gave their honest diagnosis. I will definitely be using them for all of my computer beeds

Came in today because my ACER laptop had shut off abruptly and I was freaking out since I depend on it for school. Peter was kind enough to fit me into his schedule on the same day and fixed the issues my laptop faced at an affordable price. He is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. My girlfriend had come here a year ago and received equally stellar service. We'll continue to be repeat customers. Thanks, Peter!

The battery to my laptop had swollen and needed replacement. I called and asked what needed to be done. They were able to order the part over the phone. Bailey suggested I bring in my laptop so they could remove the battery while the new battery was in transit. This way, I had use of the laptop without further damaging the unit. When the part was delivered, I brought the laptop in. They kept it overnight to make sure everything was working correctly. Changing out the battery was much more complicated than I realized. The charge for the repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Bolt Computer for your computer needs.

Bailey has become my go-to repair person. Always attentive, always gobest, and always advising step bvy step in the process. Not vad for an independent these days.

Peter Brown, the owner of Bolt, helped me over the phone. I contacted him because I misunderstood a message from Comcast. He ran a complete check of my PC and added an ad blocker, ublock origin. Peter was very patient with me and explained what he was doing and why. I strongly recommend Bolt Computer Services.

Pete is amazing. He cares about what he does. He spent an hour diagnosing my laptop and showing me what faults were where. When we looked at prices for a motherboard, he searched to find me a better laptop, at less cost. Not bought from him, or through him, just being a professional and trying to give me the best options possible. He and Bailey are the BEST. Support your local small business. I simply cant tell you how professional they were. Absolutely amazing service.

My experience with Peter and Bailey was great. Not only do they know what they’re doing, but they also provided excellent customer service. I honestly feel like I was undercharged (I paid $140, but it went down to $120 with my PSU student discount)! I went in needing help with a BIOS update (something related to my DRAM light popping up on my mobo), which they took care of very quickly. They also checked to make sure that everything else was looking good (since this was my first build) AND did some cable management for me! On top of all that, when I first called before even setting an appointment, Peter spent the time to answer all of my questions and even offered me some advice before coming in. A few weeks later, I called again to ask Bailey some questions regarding my boyfriend’s PC we were updating, and she was able to also provide us good advice without us having to go in and pay for additional services. That being said, I truly believe that they put the customer first and think about money second.

Peter was incredibly welcoming, patient and helpful. He was very clear with his explanations of his work and pricing, so there were no surprises when I took my laptop in for a new hard drive. Highly recommend, and I'll be definitely coming back if I have any future issues!

I kind of knew, or thought I knew, what the problem was but I had no way of powering on my Samsung Notebook. It just wouldn't start. But, come to find out I was way over my head. Both of the employees (owners?) I met there were awesome, informative and communicative. Even answering the questions/concerns I had after picking up the laptop via text. The price for parts was legit- no tax or anything (the OR way) - which in turn reduced my overall price to less than I was expecting. Like 20% less. Not to mention, I took two days to return their call, and it was still finished by the original day quoted.

Genuine man, who you can tell makes it his priority to look out for the costumers interest aswell as running a successful business
