Bonaventure of Gresham

A failing business that's being ran by people that have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Stay as far away from this place if possible. If you must go here, think about going elsewhere.
Management is a bunch of snakes and staff is lacking. I feel bad for the residents.

When first started working at bonaventure i was bullied on first day at work and was bullied ever since. Plus I was treated with the out most disrespect from the residents. So i decided to quit.

Poor management, poor care. Do not bring your loved one here or to any Bonaventure facility. They are all the same.

Parents were moved by Bonaventure they were so unhappy after 2 months we moved them in with us and after a year they are so happy. While moving them we discovered some items of value missing and my father is saddened each time he remembers that his cannon was taken.

I was a server here for approximately 9 months, I got the job because my mom worked there. I was mis treated by a manager I was pulled into a meeting with HR and told I was lying about my statements, I quit for about a month and was asked by management to come back. I was happy to come back as I missed the residents and the other mangers. I am so sad to say that I was after a week of being back was fired and told it was because my mom who’s no longer with the company.
I am only 16 and at the time of these concerns I was mistreated and humiliated by adult HR.
This is a horrible place to work and I would never want my child to work for a company like this. I still haven’t even received my final paycheck almost a week later, as I was walked out of the building and told not to return. Run ‍️ from here! I was given this award the day before I was fired and employee of the month two months before. Fired for no reason!

The lunch they offered me at orientation was very good food.
I didn't end up showing up the next day because none of the workers explained how to clock in on the paycom app. I explained to them that I needed to know how to clock in for the following day and they never showed me. I would of been very happy to work there if I knew how to punch in.
Lastly, The manager never paid me for the time I was there in the orientation, just wanted people to know.

The memory care director at Bonaventure of Gresham is distant, uncaring, disrespectful, unapproachable and unprofessional, and I never saw her engage with any of the residents. She is completely lacking any customer service education or recognizes that we are the paying customer. I asked her to find an embroidered towel that belonged to my Dad who has passed and the response was that she was sorry I had lost it and hoped that I find it. It was lost at Bonaventure. The laundry is constantly mixed up and it was disappointing to see my Mom wearing other residents clothes or see other residents wearing her clothes. I asked for a new set of embroidered towels but there is no response. With memory care you try to have items that your loved ones will recognize or give them comfort. My Mom took great pride in the towels she had made for her and my Dad and I am sad that I only have one and they cannot find the other and then have the gall to imply that I am the one that lost it. I am sorry they have treated me with such disrespect and their actions are so hurtful at a time in life when you are dealing with a loved one with dementia. I agree with the other 1 star review, if you love your loved ones, don't send them here. They will not get the care, compassion or attention they deserve. There is so much more to tell.

A very unhappy experience with the directors of memory care. When I asked for assistance in moving things out of the room, I was refused the use of boxes, a cart, or a person. No compassion.no one from the staff reached out to me during the three weeks of hospitalization until his death.

I have mother in memory care wing. I wouldn't take anyone there find some place else very depressing place

If you hate you're relatives send them here!

They'll love the annual 12% rent increases, assistance from staff that are untrained and not background checked, and they will surely love the institutional food that is unfit for dog. Also, the community outings that they promise never happen. Medications are routinely not given or given in the wrong dose to patrons. Staff members have been fired - at least in one incident to my personal knowledge- for stealing from patrons.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, except maybe Putin.

I have worked here almost a year, i love the team i work with and management has turned this building around. Great place to work and i would bring my grandparents here if needed.

Opinion: Poor food, poor customer service, high prices. I recommend speaking with tenants currently living at Bonaventure of Gresham and ask their personal opinions.

This is such a beautiful community. The staff here really seem to care about the residents and their quality of life. They offer so many different things to do. I would recommend them to anyone.
