Really smooth experience for us - a gay couple. We worked with Sam Walton (contract) and Tabitha Koh (prebirth order). This is our second journey and we are not novice, but Oregon have very specific laws and processes that our attorneys made sure to educate us around. We received the birth certificate in a very timely manner and they also.made sure to provide us with various certified documents for our foreign passports process. Overall, I highly recommend working with them!
