I too will never return to this practice. Echoing others, my experience was alarmingly discourteous and fast.
I stressed some serious and tender concerns about familial cancer. Bourgault wrote it off, told me the mole would never be a problem, and declined to explain how such a claim was reached. Not a single soul in my life has ever recommended against periodic exams.
After pointing out that their own measurements from 12 years ago recorded a smaller size, she quickly re-measured and reckoned out loud that the difference was negligible. A faint chuckle could be heard as they closed the door behind them and that was it.
