Cody was awesome. Found what I needed and had me out the door within minutes and gave me a great deal.

I called and spoke with who, I'm not sure? He bumbled his words and when I said Good morning he had no reply. After I said Hello again, he said good morning. He wanted over a $1,000 for a used motor and couldn't tell me how many miles were on the motor.

He said anything over 10 years that they don't record the milage. I said that seems odd, again he replied we don't record milage.

This seems like fraudulent behavior to me. How can you ask that kind of price and not know the milage of the motor u are asking that kind of price for.

I just got a bad vibe, so I won't buy from them and I will worn everyone I know about the hee hawing around about.

The Creswell location went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed for our van. Going forward, this is the only parts yard I will go to for parts. My experience with their staff was far better than any other parts yard I’ve gone to in the past.

I've always ordered and had my part sent to me and I've always got good quality used parts. And the ones that help you to order your parts are very friendly and know what they're doing.

The Creswell location didn't have the part we were looking for, but Cassie jumped on the computer and found it up at the Springfield location! Saved so much money this route rather than ordering online and pay for shipping! Super helpful and we are so grateful to have a convenient location right here in Creswell.

They didn’t have any of the parts I needed, but they were helpful in trying to find the parts at other locations. Will be returning if/when the get a new wreck!

Helpful staff, good prices. Tons of inventory if they don't have it where you are at there are 19 locations so they can get you whatever you need!

Their prices are a little high for used parts, other than that I typically can find what I need here.

Wait time was long, and they didn't have what we needed. Plus, the receptionist wasn't very knowledgeable.

Huge selection and they still let you pull your own parts in most cases excluding engines and transmissions

Needed a single tiny clip for my Subaru Baja AC/Heat control cable. They pulled up a sheet with location of possible donor veh marked. I found one with the clip, pulled it off. Went back to the office, they wouldn't charge me anything for the clip! Wow, fantastic place. Will be going back there for future needs.

They had the part, could tell me where it was and I got the part. They aren't the cheapest, but it's easy to get in, get the part and get on with my day.

Wide selection of vehicles. And they provide you with a sheet telling you were you will find the parts your looking for and they have no problem negotiating a pair price

Terrible experience I had called in yesterday morning at 9 am was told by Cole the radiator I was in need of would be ready by 3 I called at 3 then was told I had to pay first and the radiator hadn’t been pulled no big deal miscommunication so I payed over the phone and cole told me again it would be ready in an hour Lie!

4 rolls around I go to pick it up the lady in the office had no idea what i was talking about told me best she can do is first thing in the morning so I wait and I call fist thing speak to cole again he tells me that he got ahold of the manager at the location and he’ll have it ready in 20 minutes again another lie I wait an hour call back speak to someone else and says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes again another lie so I wait call to get the address and cole tells me that the radiator has been pulled BUT might not be good? !

I had been more than patient I lost it cole is a liar and everyone I had talked to wants to take his side and make excuses for him this is comeplete garbage customer service I had to order it again through b&r Carson city i will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone how terrible they are when they ask
