B&R Auto Wrecking reviews
15I have been doing business with B and R since I was 16. I am 53 now. I have had very few if any problems over the years.
They don't know what they have and don't care, they're rude and have poor customer service. Drove an hour, and they didn't even have the part I needed. Definitely don't recommend, you're better off trying to order a part online.
Front desk staff for were awesome! Was very organized and told me exactly where the vehicles I was looking for were located with a map. Good selection of inventory. 10/10 will go back for future parts needs.
I love going here. They’re always extremely helpful and super friendly! I always leave with what I need.
If you are "shopping" here, be prepared for frustrations. They have little incentive to help you get your car out. In fact, they have incentive to keep your car from you. Ask your friends. I know several who've have lost their cars due to paperwork. Like getting thing from the dmv during the height of covid and no one could get anything from the dmv. Still they keep and sell your car
Went to the Corvallis location just to looks for nicks and backs for my 2004 Mazda6. Guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Once I got to the cars I needed a tool and asked one of the part pullers if I could borrow a tool. Even though he was on his way to lunch he was nice enough and trusted me with his tools. Just asked to leave it in his van afterwards. All and all such an easy and nice experience. Thank you guys.
It's a wonderland of cars and parts.
Idea for B&R: Have a "Basket" special. Give a milk crate and anything that fits in it for $40.
Feel free to mix up the rules, I just like the idea of a good bargain. It would be good for "found items" non car related.
They had tow truck to my location in less than 30 mins, the driver was friendly and professional and the cost was less than I expected.
This the most unprofessional, unorganized pathetic excuse for a salvage yard. Broken parts, wrong parts, shipping delays and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time.
They were nice and courteous. They did not have the part today. But he did tell me where to get it.
Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend Karli and Blain! We will be back because they made our experience enjoyable!
Great place for parts. Only problem is for owners of older vehicles but they will find you one for parts on their network. Can't ask for more than that.
They are awesome. I needed a back light for my husband's car. They even held it and put my name on it. It was very reasonable too the price. Thank you
Back 15yrs ago and in high school, i never had any good experience with b&r. Their prices were high and workers were rude. In the past 4 years i began going to them again and they are absolutely the best. The staff are friendly, helpful and their prices have always been well. Thanks team
I showed up a little after 5pm and I was waiting my turn to be helped was not acknowledged just kept getting looked at. When it was my turn I asked the guy to look up what I was needing so I would know where to go into the yard and look. He snapped back and said NO we close in 5 minutes and I said I really I was waiting for 15 min to be helped he said NO so I just left. I was not treated very professionally.and will never go back
