I had a great experience with Brad's thanks to the excellent polite and professional customer service displayed from Cameron, the superb and experienced install by Mike, and the great mix of both by Travis. Don't go across the street they are inexperienced. Brads is who I would recommend in or around Eugene-Springfield area- hands down.

Today, stopped to inquire why my radio was not working. Barely in the door and i was asked if they could help me. I explained my situation and they said to pull it up in a parking space. Immediately 2 people came out to troubleshoot. They said if it was simple it would be 25.00. In less than 5 minutes the 2 men replaced 2 fuses. I tried to pay the 25.00 but they said to write a review instead. Really impressed by their customer service, expertise, and generosity

Shout out to Travis and the other employees at the store the day i showed up last week. [ blown speaker ]Travis showed me 2 options, did not try to sell the more expensive, said both would sound good. I bought the more expensive it looked tougher for longevity. Went to make apt.and Travis said i can get it done now. Music to my ears.rolled out in 30 min sounds like new.

GREAT STAFF/EMPLOYEE'S besides management who punished the staff for helping me out with something simple and easy that i couldn't do myself. Th
e employee also managed to get me a great deal on a stereo and alarm system after i got the help. Ive been looking into both for awhile after a few break ins and my stereo getting stolen. Thanks to the great staff here i have a great impression but hearing the management punish the one staff/employee member who helped me gave me a very bad stink about the business and how it treats its employees and customers. Next time i come around im going to be offering him a job because that type of behavior promotes great customer feedback and customer returns/impressions. I'd hate to be a stockholder for this company. Because management probably wont ever change until he retires.

Got the radio changed out in our truck. Travis explained everything well and Nic did a great job installing. Would definitely come back to this place.

Recently had a flat screen and backup camera installed in my truck. After picking up my vehicle, realized that the backup camera had not even been installed. When I talk to the salesman he apologized and said that things were "lost in translation, " and he was having a hard day because his vape pen was turned up too high. It cost me a day of work to have the job finished properly. They offered no compensation for my time. The salesman's eyes glazed over when I was politely trying to explain the situation and the original agreement we had. The manager wouldn't even talk to me and sent one of his minions to deal with the situation. Wouldn't go back if you paid me to. Should have gone to CarAudio

Did a fantastic job on getting my app hooked up. Even blew my fuse and they came up with another, no charge. Highly recommend

Brad opens shop on Juneteenth but never on the 4th of July. Business wise they will break your system on installation and charge you a 25% restocking fee when you go to return it assuming they even take it back. Please read through these reviews. People are getting highway robbed by ol Brady boy.
