The guys who work here are super nice and understanding. I had gotten some bad tires and had two flats in two days, they sent a technician out to NE portland where I was to put a spare on my tire for me until they could get me new ones in. They were really helpful on pricing. I also had my brakes redone here before I drove to San Francisco and they were reasonably priced and did a great job! I'll probably always come back here

I was referred by a friend about Brake Force and am so glad I was. I told them exactly what was going on with my car and they were thankful for letting them know. They can't fix it if they don't know. Very very friendly service and got the job done the day I took my car in. And for the price.it was so reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. They just did the job and got it done in a timely manner. Thanks to those who I worked with. I’m in the process of selling a vehicle & had an interested buyer set up a pre-purchase inspection with BrakeForce. They told me that a code came up in regards to the transmission, P0868, and this could mean a number of things: 1. My transmission line fluid was low. They checked it and it was full, so they ruled that out. 2. The sensor was broken. 3. The pump itself needed to be replaced, which is a transmission issue and would’ve been thousands and thousands of dollars to repair.

However, the Check Engine light wasn’t on, and the vehicle was showing no symptoms of a problem. Most of the time, the Check Engine light will come on with an issue like this. Since my Check Engine light wasn’t on, they should have either cleared the code and checked again, or let me know that it could have been an old code and suggested I get the code cleared elsewhere if they aren’t allowed to clear codes there (some mechanics won’t clear codes due to liability issues). They never mentioned this as a possibility, they only tried to sell me a couple hundred dollar sensor to rule out a sensor issue, and then would have allowed me to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on a new transmission if replacing the sensor didn’t clear the code—which it wouldn’t have, because it turns out that it was an old code all along! I had Les Schwab clear the code, then I drove the vehicle 52 miles and took it to AutoZone, where it came up perfectly clear. So at best, the mechanics who checked my vehicle were idiots who didn’t think to clear the code (or suggest that I find someone else to clear it before spending thousands of dollars) even though there were NO symptoms suggesting a transmission issue, including no check engine light. And at worst, they‘re con artists who saw a young girl and thought they could take advantage of her. Save yourself some time and money and go to Accurate Auto. They won’t take advantage of you just because you’re a young woman who looks like she knows nothing about cars. If you don’t take my advice and decide to come here anyway, do NOT allow them to do ANY repairs without getting a second opinion.

Tim was super friendly amazing customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop was reliable and got the work done in a timely fashion. My car came back better then I expected. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My front brakes and rotors were toast in fact dangerous to drive they were completely booked but fit me in the next day and got it all done within a few hours the were honest and im happy with the work would recommend

We were able to watch my car while they worked on it safely behind a glass window in the lobby. That was really cool. The phones were ringing off the wall and there was a line of cars. Despite them being incredibly busy, they took me into the bay to see up close the parts that were no good. I was really happy that they did because, it gave me options. They were honest about the issues found and explained how they effected my cars safety and performance. They also noticed that I had taken care of my car and mentioned a lot of good maintenance has clearly been done. I was wowed! Praising the work of the competitor shows class. The price was extremely fair! They didn't price gouge me on labor. I very pleased with the experience as a new client.

The Tigard location squeezed me in to make I was safe going over the mountain pass for a trip I could not get out of. As soon as they heard that - they made it a priority to ensure I was safe. True costumer service. Truly don’t see that anymore! I owe a big thank you to the Tigard management and team. Thank you, Paula
