I totally got accused of stealing!
I bought around 100 dollars worth of clothes but when I was about to walk out of the store the workers accused me of stealing and it kinda scared me when they threatened to call the police.
I went to the back with one of the workers and I proved to her that I wasn't stealing but it was still not a well experience. All the employees are 16 year old girls that aren't the best at handling situations:/

While I was in the dressing room, the workers were gossiping very loudly about the customers, accusing people of stealing, discussing people’s appearance etc. Overall very unprofessional and bad customer service. Seems like employees need better training

Our daughter has been wanting to come here for so long. We normally order on line. She lived the store so much. Great staff and you get to pick out stickers and pins.

Girl in OSU hoodie was rude and didn’t apologize after wrongfully accusing us of stealing after searching my bag

I was falsely accused of stealing a necklace at the brandy melville in brideport village. After using the change room the blonde worker wearing a white sweater came after me accusing me of stealing.she said she found a tag in the fitting room after i used it. Clearly they did not clean the fitting rooms well enough since they still found a tag that wasn’t from me.after searching me and calling security (still not finding the necklace i “stole”) told me not to come back.this was the worst experience ever, workers need to work on their manners and clean their fitting rooms better before they go accusing people.

It’s my daughter’s favorite brand so I took her for her birthday. Was fully prepared for/expecting super rude employees and wow not at all the case. The people working there were super sweet and actually very lovely, even considering the place was insanely busy and full of tweens. I docked a star because I dislike the brand’s lack of inclusion and their questionable ethics. However, the location and the employees working there were great.

Giving this such a low rating only due to the lack of customer service in the store. The store overall was very clean and had a lot of product to shop through.
I was the only customer that was in the store and not a single worker upfront greeted me or ever once during my shopping experience even acknowledged me. They chatted away in their own conversation the entire time. Even when I stood there trying to figure out if I was suppose to help myself into a fitting room or if they needed to let me into one. Eventually there were 4 different girls on the floor up by the register and not a single one during the 20 minutes I was in there have any sort of interaction with a customer that walked in.

I had the best time ever at brandy.this little short dork helped me out.l got really nervous so i sharted a little bit but passed it off as a toot.it was a hershy squirt.nonetheless i had a good time and the clothes are really nice.

Costumer service is terrible. They accused my daughters of stealing stuffs but in fact they missed count items in dressing room.

The staff are very cold and seem more concerned with talking about themselves than helping costumers. Bad costumer service and rude workers

Waren an einem Sonntag hier, war ganz schön was los, man musste sogar vor den Umkleidekabinen anstehen, haben eine große Auswahl und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was fine. They have cute clothes that fit me but it was pretty unprofessional. All the workers were all over the place and took awhile to ring up my purchase. Still not too bad though. Their clothes are nice, but service, not so much.

Breezy beachy feel. Clothes are well made of natural fibers. Nice quality, but all the clothes are in small and a few mediums.

Corporate culture is toxic too.

First of all, they had good clothes that fit me perfect and many cute items and accessories. Although they had about over five workers in there that were loudly chatting away in groups, usually I’m not bothered by this but considering they didn’t welcome us in and we waiting a good couple minutes at the register and all if the workers were talking with each other and not helping. All in all, clothes were good service was bad.

Their online and in-store return policy leave much to be desired. I won’t be taking my daughter to shop there any longer.

I loveee brandy clothes, but it’s very awkward to be in there when it’s not busy. Employees aren’t really ever too friendly
