We had a bad experience elsewhere and were kind of burnt out on dress shopping. But Patty made that all go away. She made the experience seamless and fun. All wonderful things to say about her and selection at this location

Save the Best for Last! I went to several stores and had the best experience here. My Stylist Kaylie seemed to genuinely want me to be happy on my special day even if I would have went with a dress from another store. I did not feel pressured at anytime and I was free to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I said yes to a gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown.

Patty is a WINNER. She went above and beyond to make my friends day special. We will definitely be back to see her:)

I am so grateful for Alyssa! She was wonderful in helping me figure out the right dress even though it wasn’t from their shop. I had already bought a dress but was unsure if it was the right one. I came to Bridal Exclusives to try some more dresses on and Alyssa helped me compare, gave me ideas and things to think about to help me figure out what I really wanted out of my wedding dress. She really made me feel like she wanted the best for me no matter what I chose. I’ve had several friends get their dress from here and I think it is one of the best places around! Thank you Alyssa!

My first round of dress shopping was at David’s bridal and I would rate that a
2/10. Came here and omg! The BEST experience. Alyssa is AMAZING. The sweetest gal and just so supportive and listened to what I wanted. I never once felt rushed or like I had to buy a dress the same day. I could go on and on about how much of an amazing experience I had. Oh and to top it off she asked me where I am getting married and just so happens she got married at the same venue! It was just meant to be. Going to Bridal Exclusives was the best choice I’ve ever made. I was really excited about another bridal shop, but I still booked with Bridal Exclusives and my appointment there was before the shop I was looking forward to. THANK GOODNESS. Alyssa was the BEST ever! She totally didn’t flinch when I first (straight faced) joked with her that I wanted a hot pink dress. I honestly think she would have figured it out if I really wanted one. She had me try on all types of dresses to figure out what I liked. I thought I wanted an A line and never thought I could have a fitted dress but she showed me I could. She then was patient while I tried on almost the whole shop even though I knew that she knew that my dress was my dress. She politely set my dress aside (didn’t hang it back up because she knew) while I tried on so many other dresses. Eventually I said yes to the dress! When I went to pick it up a couple months later she was once again patient as I questioned the straps. I am switching the straps out and she picked out gorgeous ones but they weren’t what I pictured. She took the time to put both straps (the ones I pictured and the ones she picked) up to the dress, carry the dress to natural light and let me decide… I picked the straps she picked because they are perfect. Lastly, she sent ME a thank you card in the mail. I should be thanking her for the best experience I’ve had. I can’t wait to go back her for alterations and to send them pictures from my wedding. The best part? My mom got her dress from Bridal Exclusives back in the 80s. Long story short, my mom got a dress and the original company lost it and said they couldn’t do anything. She went to Bridal exclusives in tears telling them the sorry and they found her the dress she wanted and saved the day. DON’T THINK TWICE! Go here.

This was the first place I went for my wedding dress and I had no idea what I wanted. They had a beautiful selection and wonderful customer service. Ariana was so patient and kind in helping me find what style I was looking for. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful and special.

Wish I could give this no stars. So much for my bridal experience. I went in to ask if I need appointments or if they could do walk-ins. Very nice young gal said they’d preferred appointments but I could walk the floor so I could see what I wanted when I made my appointment but I could not try them on. I saw this beautiful dress and wanted to get a better look. Took the dress of the rack to see the details. I don’t know who this person was but was a short haired blond lady came up and very rudely said we ask that you don’t take them of the rack. I said sorry I was hanging back. She grabbed and snatched it off my hands and said this is why you make an appointment and whispered something under her breath. Excuse me!? That why I asked before I went in and by the way I was treated made if seem like she was racist. So disrespectful and did that in front of my child and mother in law. * make sure you check your cameras because my child was not running around. At the time I was looking at the dress they were with their grandma. The dress I was looking at didn’t even have buttons.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Exclusives. I felt heard, supported, and celebrated. Not to mention, so many gorgeous dresses to choose from. Incredible staff, I couldn't be happier. 10/10

Very disrespectful from one of the employees here to my fiancé and my mom and my little sister, and for the “OWNER” supposedly to say that my little sister was running around hmm yeah right I will invite you to go in the office and see the video because honestly your wrong, and let be honest here and don’t covering up for employees mistakes she’s a grownup lady and say you know what yes I made a mistake I lied by saying my little sister was running and saying some buttons were on the floor or wherever they were. Because from where I see everything she did was an is RACIST and don’t try to cover it. Very disappointed from this store… only nice person and even apologized to my fiancé was the lady at front counter very friendly, and respectful and professional…

Amazing selection, wonderful mirrors to admire how you look, fun atmosphere and very accommodating of trying on whatever you need to find the dress. We all had a great experience! Also they have bridesmaid dresses you can look at, which is a huge plus!

DO NOT CLEAN YOUR DRESS HERE!
SEND it out to their out-of-state location to Deep Clean or a different shop.

I had a dress sent out to PA from the Clackamas Location (when it used to be open) and they did a great job removing the dirty train.

This location only spot cleaned even though they said they'll soak the whole dress.

I understand if yellow stains don't come out, but the gray dirt under the dress was washed out at a different location a few days later.

PLEASE DON'T BE RUDE TO CLIENTS if they Do Not like how things were picked out or Cleaned.
Yes, you do the best you can, but how you Treat your Clients will show a lot.
I will be sending my clients to other locations from now on.

This review is for our bridal consultant, Corina P. I showed up to my Dec 2020 appointment with my sister and niece. I wanted to document this moment with them and took in my DSLR camera and did video clips throughout. The consultant was showing me some of the sample dresses they had in sizes I could try on (I'm a size 14/16 in Bridal- AE jeans 12/14.). She skimmed past the form fitting/trumpet style dresses. I rerouted back to those more fitted dresses. She told me that bigger girls shouldn't wear dresses like that or at least she didn't think they were that flattering on curvier girls. What? She's a "bigger" girl and obviously aimed that towards me and her. I think she was weirdly trying to connect in some inappropriate way? I have no clue. In my 20s I was larger for my size, and the last few yrs I lost a lot of weight so I'm darn proud of my accomplishment:). But regardless any bride to be should be able to try on and buy whatever they want, even a towel if that's what makes them happy. Who am I to judge that? That comment felt so gross and was transparent that the consultant is uncomfortable in her own body. A bridal consultant is supposed to be uplifting, not sway you away from what makes YOU feel beautiful. My sister heard that and I'm pretty positive I got atleast part of what she said on video. That obviously set the tone for the rest of the dress fitting appointment. I was bummed because this is where my sister said "yes" to her dress in 2003. I ended up saying yes to a form fitting/trumpet style dress:) at another shop.
