Bridal Veil Falls reviews
18Short hike with a big payoff. Beautiful and secluded falls, much less crowded than expected. Lots of parking and clean facilities at the trailhead.
Another breathtaking waterfall to visit if visiting Portland. We visited this one in a tour to visit 6 waterfalls in the area using ebikes which is the best thing ever that is fun and you wouldn't have to deal with car parking nightmares. The waterfall is so amazing and the hike to see it is short and not hard so make sure and hit that spot if visiting the area
Simple but lovely ambiance. Food was outstanding.my creamed spinach french omelet was excellent, but will def get house special next time custard french toast. Got a bite to try - superb. Wait staff was proficient, but did not enhance the experience on any way.
There are less people at this one because the walk is further and there are lots of stairs.
Beautiful experience never been here before so my boyfriend and I hung just alittle to see the falls it was just lovely with the trip.
Spectacular. It's a moderate level hike to get there. Elderly people might want to bring a walking stick.
My family and I loved visiting the waterfall and swimming there, despite the water temperature!
Close to Portland but you'd never know it! If you're on Historic Rt. 30 make sure you stop by!
Very pretty waterfall, and easy to visit. The parking lot here had plenty of space even on a day when Multnomah Falls parking lot was full. It's a very easy walk down to the base of the falls. If you are in the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area, be sure to stop here, too. And also walk the short loop with the Columbia River overlook.
I built the trail from the upper parking lot. To the falls. When I was working with the US Forest Service.
It's worth the hike. It's not a long hike, but it is uphill going back. There are benches for sitting and catching your breath if needed. Well maintained trail. Amazing waterfall that is 2 tiers. Great platform to view it from, can also go down to the bottom pretty easy
An overgrown tree branch is obstructing the top segment of Bridal Veil Falls when viewed from the end of the trail. Trail is a bit too narrow to accommodate all the visitors when I visited on a Sunday afternoon at the end of July.
Nice short hike to the beautiful hidden falls. The walk is about 0.7 miles and is quite hilly, but not too strenuous. There is a small area at the base of the falls that people swim in, and viewing platforms for those who choose to stay dry.
One of my favorite places to stop and relax. It's a beautiful little area with a fairly easy hike for kids around 6 and up.
We used the trolley service to visit the waterfalls in this area. Definitely worth the trip.
There are steps and pathways. So if those give you problems or if you have small children or the elderly, be aware.
Beautiful view! 2/3 mile round trip. All downhill to the falls.you can guess going out. Swimming is limited. Restrooms by parking lot.
Tucked away into the trees, accessible through a short hike, the water fall is just a gorgeous site. The mist from the forceful water fall covers the rocks at end of the hike. A refreshing visit while in the park!
Its a nice little walk with a decent elevation drop and gain.
I have been in north west for 10 years and never been here.
Live NW for all the water falls
