A whole host of issues with this place. Dr Mike Phelps makes you feel like you're cattle. It's all about the fee. Incredibly dismissive behavior with an overall lack of compassion.

I'm puzzled by the decline in service quality over the years. My experience was generally positive back in 2018, but I can't say the same now. The phone service is poor, and the billing system is a mess. They'll even direct you to a lab that may not be in your insurance network and expect you to figure it out. When questioned about this, their justification is that they've put notices up in their clinic—as if that makes it acceptable! Their service used to be patient and kind, but it's taken a nosedive. I can't recommend them anymore.

The will overcharge you. $200 for a "surgery" that was <5 minutes of stabbing at a cyst with a needle. It should be pretty obvious that they're just after money considering the only thing their website talks about is how you'll pay them, they don't even have a link to any kind of patient portal.

Appointment was at 2pm, was out the door by 2: 15. Got exactly what I needed. Didn’t know it can be as easy and efficient as that.

I was very satisfied with this clinic until today. We got a notice that within a week our provider was leaving, hidden inside of a sleep apnea notice flyer, not even a direct message to patients. I'm saddened by the lack of compassion to the folks that are left behind to find someone else in very short time, and there is no other process/transition to establish with another Dr. I sought clarity by phone, and the agent was very dismissive, as if I should just get over it, and read zocdoc reviews for whom I'd like to continue with at their clinic. I felt unheard, which is the reason I arrived here in the 1st place. I desperately needed abdominal surgery and previous doc was 4 months out for urgent appointments, and ignorant to my scans. Megan had stepped in, and in 1 appointment expedited me on my way to needed surgery. Not only do I feel this clinic is losing a valuable provider, I had felt this place was compassionate and listening, I no longer feel that way after my interaction today, and I am saddened by what I felt is the disregard for human compassion or assistance in that transition process.

I met Dr. Andrea R. Tremaine yesterday for the first time.
I was very impressed!
She took time to listen and talk with me without judging me or making me feel uncomfortable.
I have met with plenty of Doctor's in my time. Andrea R. Tremaine is top knotch.
If you are looking for a Doctor who cares and is thorough, Andrea R. Tremaine would be who I would recommend.

If you want your precious time wasted by waiting 10+ minutes for someone to pick up the phone as well as doctors overbooking and cancelling appointments, then this is the place for you.
Completely unprofessional front desk "workers". Don't raise your voice in the slightest or they will hang up on you with zero warning

Outstanding service. Hoping the lab work results are quick. But Dr.nick and the gentleman that drew my blood were fantastic. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Which is nice as going to the doc can be really stressful.

Appointment was on time and Nick was receptive, non-judgmental and all around kind.

Nice people but sadly do not work with the schedules of professionals. Had to find a new provider.

Doctors, mental health providers and certain staff members provide a friendly service however there have been many instances regarding lack of communication and organization at this location. There have been MULTIPLE instances of waiting 10+ on the phone without anyone responding, lack of voicemails that have been received on my end, and VERY difficult to schedule a simple follow-up appointment (I.e. Medication refill, general wellness check-ins, etc). After talking to their manager, their online scheduling is also not efficient due to using a third party for booking, leading to certain insurance plans not being up to date on each of the doctor’s profile and having further restrictions. (e.g the primary doctor I schedule with does take my insurance however their scheduling website says they do not take my insurance so I can only schedule appointments via phone or email.) During this conversation expressing these recent concerns with the manager and supervisor, there was no apology on their end, their body language was confrontational and ultimately I did not feel heard as a client. Which is unfortunate since I have read high reviews in the past but that conversation lead me to write my first review.

So this place offers hope in a world of medical staff shortages, and delayed care. We are very new patients, I have not been to clinic yet and can only speak on what I've seen this far. My wife come here after 5 weeks of struggling with Providence in distress. Within 1 visit Megan LaJoy addressed every concern, put every referral/test in and got my wife Jenna a diagnosis and treatment plan within 2 weeks. I cannot thank you enough that you guys found the issue so quickly, and shes finally going to be able to get well after surgery. Thank you for that. Staff is friendly, fast to respond and on top of results and referrals! We will all seek our care here from now on. You guys rock!

I love Lindsay Kelps I’ve reviewed her with a 5 star on other platforms. She has been very very helpful in treating me. However she is always late for our appointments by 20-30 min, and today I was 9 minutes late because it is snowing heavily and cars were slowing down on i5 from Portland. This made the front desk reschedule on me for an important med refill I’m out of. This after I had driven 25 min to get here in the snow while on edge because of being out of my medicine. This is very saddening and it feels like only the docs/NPs really care about their patients. The front desk ladies are especially unwelcoming.

This facility is always professional, and they're efficient while still providing amazing care. They offer virtual appointments for their patients as well. Virtual appointments have worked great for me as a student.

Megan and her assistant were so kind and helpful. There was no wait time, they were quick and efficient, kind and caring! Waiting room was clean and receptionists were polite. Great experience.
