They should have an option for bugs in the bathroom, DIRTY washcloths in the bath tub and used shampoo bottles. Absolutely disgusting. Would give negative stars if possible

Place is so run down and trashy they should rent rooms by the hour! Plus there are only a bunch of broke want to be farmers that stay out there! Creepy place creepy people.

Girl at the front desk was sweet, but we never saw anyone again after we checked in. It was fairly quiet except for the couple next to us arguing loudly at 4 am. The sheets, towels and bathrooms were clean, but overall the room was not. The breakfast consisted of toast, English muffins, bagels, cereal, apples, orange juice, and coffee. It was okay in a pinch (we broke down about a mile from this hotel), but I wouldn't stay there again unless I had to.

Remotes for tv both do not work. Filthy chair in room. Phone does not work to call front desk. Soda machine empty. Needs new management. These people do not care about quality nor customer service. Spa is closed. This was a scam as you dont get help with these issues. Upgrade your place its awful and cheap. A rip off!

I booked directly with the site, and she was very helpful, kind, and efficient on the phone, and at check-in. I stayed two nights. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. I felt safe and my car was safe. It was a great location for me at a good price. Ok, the "breakfast" was lacking. I did not need the WiFi. I definitely will stay here again. I get the impression they have changed quite a bit for the better. I think some of the older reviews are no longer very relevant.

Somewhat comfy beds good TV the pool was clean and cool water spa was closed so don't know about that decent enough breakfast

Very clean, friendly, very easy to get to. Was met by the most friendly desk gal every time we came & went. Quiet area except when we noticed the business across the street was open on Saturdays.

Absolutely horrible.will never ever stay there agsin.our room didn't even have blankets, pillows, or sheets even.and than wjen I tried calling down to the front desk to fix the problem, tne.phome.mever answered.than thinking that

The sign on the room door read "Non-Smoking Room, " yet it reeked of tobacco. The website photos must have been taken years ago because the fixtures and furniture are older than I am, and that's old. I slept on top of the bed.with my clothes on because it wasn't worth the risk of finding something unpleasant. Back when I was taking solo motorcycle trips across the US, I'd always stay at Motel 6 and was never disappointed.let's just say that Motel 6 would've seemed like the Ritz-Carleton compared with this hotel in Sublimity, OR.

Upon check in there was a sign that says pool and spa closed until further notice, also a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. Well 20min later the son of the owner finally shows up and checks me in. I went to my room and the keys he gave me didnt work, so returned to the front desk and the be back in 5 minutes sign was up again. After waiting a half hour i called the number to the hotel and there was no answer, so i left. I called and spoke to the manager the next day (his mom). She says theres no way that could have happened and that she isnt giving any refund.

Had 2 people listed for a double room instead of 4, our mistake. We were refused to check in because we were not allowed to add the other 2 last minute without purchasing another room. The front desk woman barely spoke English and couldn’t be bothered to change our reservation. Horrible service. Max 4 to a room is a good policy, too bad they don’t follow it.

The place is great but over priced. And the customer service in the AM is sparky. But the PM crew is far more lax and down to earth.

You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel near silver falls where we spent the day hiking. Clean room, but the bed could have been more comfortable. Can't complain otherwise.

If you are driving a work truck with any tools? Stay at your own risk! Was basically told by the mother at the front desk. Work rigs get broken into often. And her son would have surveillance footage for the police. He was incompetent. Even the officer who took my report said this was a bad place to stay and getting surveillance footage was usually never. Locked cab and tool boxes, about three grand taken. And the place is s dump.

This hotel was dirty and the pool is not functional. When we went to checkin they refused to allow us to add 2 people to the room saying the additional people needed to purchase their own room even though it was a double queen room. Will never go back again
