Bright Indian Food reviews
18Honestly, I respect everyone's culture but I can tell you one thing, I don't think I've ever tasted such a bad dish of food and then it's so expensive to pay 19 dollars for a plate of rice and lamb. Everyone has the right to their opinion and that is why free will exists and this is my opinion
Thank you for the best cup of chai I've ever had! It was the perfect drink for the cold rainy weather. Very tasty food and such kind people too.
Hi, I am here to share my experience with Bright Indian Food…. I just love the food… The boy working there is so energetic … treated us so well… cooks very delicious food … his customer service is really appreciable… must visit…
Cozy food truck right off the I-5 with great curries and rotis for reasonable price. The uncles were so kind and offered me free home made chai while I waited for the food. Easily the best and authentic chai I’ve had in OR, perfect spice and not too sweet Edit: Saw a rude review regarding their “phone etiquette”. There is a slight language barrier that might effect communicating on the phone. But please be respectful and patient of the hard working chefs who’s only intention is to share their warm home made cooking from their culture.
Very friendly uncle and great chef. It amazed me that the cook kadhi chicken in front of me. Plz come and give a try to delicious food.
Edit;
Please work on your phone etiquette. Cant even hear you, then yall hang up when i say my order? Anyways.
Got butter chicken
Samosas &
Garlic naan.
This is my first time trying indian food and i cannot believe ive waited this long to try it!
Soooo flavorful and made so well. Hats off to the chef.
Was a 20 min wait or so and staff were nice.
You get quite a lot of food! We paid around 30 for all of it but it can easliy feed 2-4 people.
Quiet location behind carls jr/pilot.
Amazing
Delicious, fast, reasonable prices for the quality. Yes, it's next to a truck stop. Yes, it's still worth it! Great samosas, paneer tikka, and other veggie options.
Ordered Lassi and shahi paneer naan. Lassi was curd water. It didn’t have any thickness at all. Shahi paneer was okay and naan felt store bought frozen.
Sitting here for a couple days waiting on my trailer to get finished in salem.i got butter chicken, rice and garlic naan.it was very delicious. I'm already looking forward to eating there tommorow. It's nice to have more options like this around truckstops.truckers get tired of truckstop food.
Check the food and walk. Can't finish A little more than half a box of royal paneer. Raita did not find the same. Pay the money later by food cheque.
Great food and customer service, totally worth it freshly made authentic home style dishes! Recommend it 11/10
Very tasty food employees are so polite
Good service good cleaning
Drivers must stop here
So the food is not bad but they charge too much for everything i got just the plaine rice for 5$ most i paid 2$ on other restaurants if we compare to a other fency restaurant they are also not charging this much for just one serving of rice. All these indian restaurant on I 5 is overcharging for everything. Usually avoid this one specially.
Hello sir/ madam
The food we bought was not totally satisfied because I didn’t like very much the “bread pakora/ pakoda “ I expected like special famous in your place there’s a potato inside maybe it’s different ways you cook it but I’m so disappointed, because just only like a plain fry. Hope you changed your mind because I am so excited to eat it today but my expectations i seen or I eat its not good.
First time here. I had the Chicken Vindaloo. It was delicious. Definitely will come back when I’m passing through. Very well served. Had to take half my meal home. I got full. Highly recommend.
A friend and I decided to try this place out on a whim without really realizing where it was located. Directions will take you to the Truck Stop North of Salem and that is CORRECT.
The menu was extensive and I ordered 3 different things to try (Saag Aloo - with the silkiest texture.like mousse, Lamb Biriyani, and Chana Masala) while my friend ordered the Lamb Curry. Every single dish was BURSTING with flavor. The meat was very tender and absolutely PERFECT! I also got the chai and it was super delicious.
I HAD to make sure my husband didn't miss out and he ordered a wrap that blew his mind.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Take a little drive and order some of the BEST Indian food around. You won't be disappointed.
Oh my. I got a lamb wrap, and kind of expected something like an Indian spin on a gyro, but NO.
This was a delicious, spicy, rich, savory, curry-centric burrito, complete with a Mexican style tortilla.
It has now achieved the throne of the most incredible, delightful, flavorful spicy food I've had in YEARS.
ABSOLUTELY incredible. Get you some.
