From the moment I checked in, I was called less than two minutes later for my appointment! They came in promptly with an estimate, and then answered all my questions concerning the procedure. They were knowledgeable and efficient.
Danielle and Dr. Pearson we’re perfect in their time and application of my procedure I will continue to use Dr. Pearson for all my dental needs in the future!

The denist was very nice and helpful, the rest of the staffing was not. I made an appointment, even got a card with it written on it, went to that appointment and told nope dont have one for you, they told me they MAY be able to get me in but they were not sure so I just rescheduled.

Went to the next appointment and the dentist was amazing and kind and had a lot of helpful info. We went over my options and i got the paperwork that had what it would cost to getbthe services done. Rounded down to 1300 dollars. Called back not even a week later and told its now 1700 dollars, when i asked where the extra 400 is coming from she first told me it was the xray and exam fee which is free is covered by insurance and really confused me why it would be added to my amount. When i asked about it I was put on hold, they came back and told me that woman who gave me the charges for what I needed done did the math wrong.

Dealing with the reception staff was enough for me to want to look elsewhere.

Great Doctors and staff. Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the information I was given by Doctor Jeffrey Crowley eased my mind knowing the risks taking out my wisdom teeth.

I called to make an appointment for a filling that fell out and I spoke to Ruby. She was such a delight and very professional! I got scheduled with Dr. Lin and he was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! Definitely will be coming back:)

We just switched back to Bright Now in Gresham and are extremely pleased with the care Dr Linn and his team is providing us! We finally found a Dental Care establishment were the patient come first!

My elderly relative, an immigrant who speaks with an accent, came here for years because of a great hygienist. The front desk staff severely mistreated them for years and the dentists were not professional. I suppose they felt powerful speaking down to and mistreating someone they perceived to be less than them. Thankfully my relative found a much better dentist, who treats them with respect. Don't come here if you are a person of color, the front desk staff and dentists has no respect for us.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! All the staff is super friendly, the dentist “Dr. Lin” is really caring, and considerate!
He made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and truly wanted to make sure that he was doing the best he could do for me! Also played great music for me while he worked on my teeth! Definitely is going to be my dentist from here on out.

0 stars if possible, after spending 45 mins yesterday and assured they take my insurance, and a voicemail confirmation, today when I arrived for my appt I was told they don’t take my insurance but their Milwaukee location does. This is a waste of my time and resources and could have been prevented. Don’t recommend this place if you have insurance.

Yay I can put my uppers in without the needle like pain going up my right side. Not to happy about the amount of the co pay as this was the first adjustment since I got them. Next time I won't leave until the bottoms are completely fit.

Just switched to Bright Now Dental (Gresham) and staff and Dr. Lin have been wonderful! Dr. Lin has gone up and beyond for me and he has done a fantastic job to make sure I'm satisfied with his work!

I recently switched insurance companies and started going to Bright Now Dental. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

I’ve had multiple appointments at this location and each time I’m scheduled at 8am, I’m not even called back until at least 8: 25am. Note I am also the only patient in the waiting room and the first appointment of the day. They have no one in front of me and have no reason to be this late/behind. Definitely will be finding a private practice where they actually care about their patients and don’t try to schedule me 3 different cleanings that can be done in 1 sitting.

I would not recommend this establishment. They gave me a estimate without insurance of 653$, then with insurance of 603$ after my insurance covers 50%. They adjust the price up to 1295$ when you have insurance. This was for 3 fillings and a tooth pulled. If you value for maximum for the year I wouldn't recommend this place.

Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I felt really welcomed right away and the doctor and hygienist were very relaxed and easy going. I highly recommend.

Very unorganized and took way too long for no reason. Sat in the office for an hour after filling out paperwork, was scheduled for xrays, exam, and cleaning. I was told I needed a filling after the exam and that it would be covered by insurance. Not only was the filling not covered, they were very rushed doing it and afterwards they said that they didn't have time to do the cleaning I had scheduled originally. I ended up paying full cost for both the filling AND the cleaning despite never getting the cleaning. I tried to reschedule for cleaning and have had my appointment canceled 3 times over 2 months. Never coming back, worst dentist experience ever. Highly recommend avoiding this dentistry.

So far I have only really had one appointment, but they made me feel more relaxed than any other dentist
