Brightways Counseling Redmond Oregon reviews
3I have called six times in the past 2 months. Every woman I talk to (usually the same gal) says she'll forward the message to their supervisor and have him call me. I have yet to receive a call from such man.
It is important to note that the awards Brightways has been given are for their growth as a business. Their work with clients leaves a great deal to be desired. When my therapist's schedule changed midway through EMDR, I was not given a viable referral to another clinician. Instead, I was told that I would be welcome back if I could change my schedule to match my therapist's new one. Since this was not possible, I was left to my own devices. This is not best practices and, perhaps most importantly, is simply not a kind way to treat people.
My son was sleeping in the car so I couldn’t bring him in to drop off the paperwork. But a nice lady named Bailey let me email pictures of the paperwork and even texted me after I missed a call from them, to find a day that works for an appointment.
Very helpful for a single mom!
