Rosy is AWESOME! The work and the level of attention to detail that she applies creates such beautiful nails. She is also super duper sweet! I have had so many compliments on my nails, and told them to go see Rosy every time!

Alicia Volk gave me a shorter hair cut that I wanted. She gave me layers as my hair is thin, long and probably damaged. I wanted a change of some sort, but wasn’t sure what would look best as I’m afraid of short hair styles. Then she colored my hair with dark brown roots and purple the rest of the way. Due to my hair already having red in it (not her fault) it’s more of a burgundy violet color. Still super beautiful color, shine and cut! I finally have a hair dresser that I completely trust and feel comfortable going to! Alicia is amazing! I’m looking forward to experiencing other areas of their services as well.

Shouting out Kayla over here for always making me feel like a valued customer, for great haircuts and conversation. She's super sweet, very talented and the prices here are super reasonable! She has corrected a couple of my bad haircuts and I always get compliments after I see her! Thanks for making me feel so pretty!

Brilliance Day Spa and Salon excels in every manor and I’ve always felt this Salon goes above and beyond from the warm welcome and amazing front desk staff, to the talented stylists that produce amazing results. Karen Rocks! She is very educated on different hair treatments, color, and various techniques, and it shows! Love this place!

I love the haircut Janae gave me! She listened to what I wanted and took into consideration my hair type and did a great job. And she’s so nice!

I didn't go to this spa, so maybe they are nicer to people in person. However, I did email them asking basic questions. I asked if they could mail a gift card to someone and if they had spa facilities (as in showers and a sauna). This information is not a company secret. I also explained that the reason I emailed asking for this was because I'm in China and I would be purchasing the gift card for my mother, who lives near the spa, and while I would call to purchase the gift card, I wanted to make sure it was worth the effort to call. You see, China is about 15 hours ahead of Portland. That means I either need to get up extra early before I go to work or stay up late to make the call. Skype calls tend to drop when I'm not using my wifi at home. I don't mind calling but I don't want to make the call for no reason. Unfortunately I was told in the email that I could call on Tuesday if I wanted that information. However, now I do not need to make the call.so thanks I guess.

Nu is the best! She knows what she's doing and does it well. I intend to return to her services on a regular basis. I have never had my toe nails done and she has caused me to want to continue in the future.

There are a lot of salons in downtown Gresham to choose from but I would recommend this one. I made my appointment online thru their website; it was very easy and quick. I asked for a cut into a new style after showing a few Pinterest photos and got exactly what I wanted. She even took the time to tell me how to style it in order to achieve the same look. This wasn't the normal product up sell attempt it was genuinely informative and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend the salon and will return.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had. I know it was just one stylist that gave me the cut but I believe if they hired a person that is completely incapable of doing a simple shag cut then there is something fundamentally wrong with the shop as a whole. I will not recommend this shop. In fact I will encourage others to stay away.

Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been friendly and have done a good job. As a person who’s tried out several places I can officially say I’ll be going to Brilliance from now on:)
