I have come here for primary care and dermatology for quite a few years and am very happy with the care I have received.

Nice to have a local clinic with the convenience of a full range of services and medical specialties on site. Always professional, courteous and on time. Love this clinic.

Dr. Hrbek is an excellent doctor and maintains a qualified staff. I feel very confident in her word.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The entire clinic and the folks who work there- from the front desk to the coordinators to the actual doctors are really truly not professional. If you call to cancel they claim you did not and then they send you a letter. If you attempt to get an appointment via the portal, they act like you’re strange and tell you not to use that option. The physicians assistant couldn’t listen to me because he was too busy talking about my looks and my age. I even wrote a letter and not a single person said anything to me about it. The women up front WILL make fun of patients as you sit down without care that people can hear them. They do not care. Do not trust the coordinator they have. Do call over and over as I should have and do speak up more so than I did. I would call people out by name as well but I’d rather do that in a formal complaint. The owner reads these and only comment on those that say they liked their doctors. Interesting.

Dude are awesome and so helpful also they don't push you to just by what ever would recommend again and again

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of help from this clinic. My physician, Dr. Howatt, refused to give me the care that I needed (pregnancy incident) and wouldn’t even see me to discuss how to move forward. I have been going to them for over 10 years and when Dr. Howatt would not provide me with the care I requested, I asked to be transferred to a new doctor, whom I already had a conversation with in a previous visit. Dr. Howatt then said that I should “look for a new clinic if I was not willing to work with her” because she has to sign off on a physician transfer as she is part-owner of the clinic. I am incredibly shocked that this legal procedure would not even be discussed with my long-time doctor and a refusal to get care from someone with better bedside manner within the same clinic. I will be pulling myself from all care from this clinic, as well as my daughter, and recommend my niece also gets better care from a clinic with progressive care because our daughters and us as women deserve to have the choice to address our needs in this regard and get the help from professionals that are looking out for our best interests. Extremely disappointed in this clinic!

We have been so well taken care of by our pediatrician here for years. From having one then two young children under the care of the same pediatrician, we cannot say enough great things about her and the clinic. From pre-expansion and renovation, we've been coming here. Their new face lift and increase in space has helped the clinic serve their clients even better.
Came back after a year of being away and so grateful to be under the care of the same provider.
They are able to get us in at the soonest dates and times, able to fill our prescriptions without a lot of hassle, they contact you re: ED visits for follow up care.
We feel they genuinely care about us and they listen to us.
Kudos to the clinic and our provider, Dr. Melissa Hahn and her staff!

I go to this clinic once a month. My healthcare providers are welcoming and so, so amazing. Big shout out to Patrick and Lisa

We love Dr Brusca and her nurse Annie! We always feel valued by our care team and all staff. Wait times are minimal, responses to post-visit questions are quick and thorough, and we are confident in the care we’re receiving.

They terminated care and sued my wife for a $200 balance after her first visit even though she had asked if she was required to pay anything. She was told the entire visit was covered by her insurance. They did not contact us by phone, email or mail about the balance. I see why they need the $200 so badly because apparently they don’t have enough staff to contact their patients. I’m sure they will say that they did try to contact us because it’s a legal requirement, but they failed to do so. The medication they prescribed did not provide any relief and made her sick as well. This establishment and their “doctors” are a joke. They will lie to your face, misdiagnosis you, and then turn around and rob you afterwards.

I am giving a 2 star only because I love the doctor. Dr. Renouard gets a 5 star but the scheduling department made a mistake and now my insurance won't cover the visit. Billiing said because the scheduling department made a mistake they can't do anything about it and that it happens all the time.

Beware. Do not Come here to see dermatology. PA Lucy Nusrala is very bad provider. Has no experience what so ever. Her license should be recalled. I had received a terrible service from BW especially Provider Lucy Nusrala. My skin got worsened and PA refused to change meds or discuss different treatments. Patient beware.

Good doctors, easy to schedule, and seems like they really do care more than average clinics.

My first time there. Finding it was easy, parking there was easy, the front desk staff was efficient and polite. Very short wait for the staff to bring me to the back and another short wait for the doc. I highly recommend this clinic. Don M BSN, RN

I visited dermatologist with two concerns. One of them was never resolved though the doctor assured me that the recommended treatment would work. They were also reluctant to discuss alternatives to the recommended treatment (i.e. The one they did in-house and charged few hundred dollars for). The visit also felt rushed

If you need a prior authorization for your prescription be prepared to wait a full month or more

Dr bley practices discrimination and will turn you away if he doesn’t agree with your beliefs, so I suggest going to somebody else

I love my doctor but the broader customer service is abysmal. Promised callbacks that never come, months on end where it was practically impossible to get a reply on the online patient portal, the nurse I always get transferred to when my meds haven't been refilled is always really unpleasant and condescending and snappy when I'm having issues getting important prescriptions refilled. If they get it together, I would give 5 stars, but as it stands, idk if they need to hire more staff or what, but it's really sad and scary being unable to rely on your medical provider to be kind and caring while providing the services you require.
