Brookside Dental - Clackamas Office

Everyone is great there. I have been there since they purchased my old dentist's (Dr. Goodman) business and been with Jennifer (dental assistant) for over 30 years, she has a very calming presence and Tami, the Practice Manager, is great. They have a new dentist, Dr. Suk. She was very gentle and explained things as she went. Avalon, the assistant was very nice.

I was treated with the utmost kindness from everyone - the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the dentist. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough and gave an excellent and painless cleaning. She also communicated well, explaining everything as she worked. I showed up a little early to my appointment and was seen promptly. Everyone was very friendly and respectful.

Very helpful and friendly personnel at Brookside. Wouldn't want to go to any other dentist's office.

I broke a tooth that required an extraction, and the care I got made me forget about past anxiety/PTSD. An amazingly professional and caring group at the Clackamas location.

Staff is very pleasant, caring and calming. Dr Grasvik was excellent and very responsive to after hours concerns.

Staff is warm and welcoming. They always remember myself and my daughter. Great bedside manner and excellent timely service. Never any issues with scheduling or billing. The office is bright and updated and has convenient parking.

Friendly, gentle, nearby parking, professional. No one likes to go to the dentist, but I would say that the demeanor of the dental technicians takes away the fear.

Update 5/7/21: Still amazing service! I needed 2 fillings and was out in about an hour.

Update 2/2/21: I went in for a crown and cracked my temporary that evening. I called and left a message, then called the on call doctor and left a message. Dr. Kowal called me back within the hour and problem solved with me about my options.

Update 10/12/2020: Everything below is all still true. During COVID-19, staff took every precaution necessary to make sure we were all safe. True professionals!

Kind and patient staff. They are upfront about pricing, answer questions clearly, doing the work tooth by tooth as I can afford it!

Friendly and knowledgable staff and dentists. Recently got some work done on an old cracked tooth that was decaying and was able to save it and will be getting a crown on it soon. Dr. Nic did some precision work with minimal pain.
