I unfortunately had a terrible experience with Dr Browning and his office. Went in for a rubber band ligation and had complications after the fact. I don’t blame Dr. Browning for those complications, I believe that I was the unfortunate 1: 1000 patients that gets complications from this procedure. However, Dr. Browning’s follow up care was atrocious. First of all, I could never speak to the Dr.directly about my complications, instead having to leave messages with the receptionist (after long hold times) only to wait 0.5 to 1.5 days for a return phone call, again by the receptionist or MA, not Dr. Browning. After several of these back-and-forth calls I was told there was nothing more that could be done, despite being uncomfortable, in pain and bleeding. 3 weeks after the procedure, still experiencing these symptoms i was able to get in to see another doctor and thankfully she was able to provide effective treatment for my complications. I have never experienced such poor follow up care at a medical practice and would caution any potential patients of this fact.

Great doctors and a great team. I'm so glad they are able to help me with my concerns. It's hard to find doctors this good.

Dr. Browning can actually do my surgery once for all, but separate my visit 10 times, so he can make 10 times more money. Greedy man!
