Bubble Tea House, Roseburg OR

This is one of my favorite places to eat out. The teriyaki chicken is so fire. I have never been disappointed with this place. My kids love the bubble tea, as do I. Their consistency is on point.

The place is nicer than the drinks. Tastes powdery. Obviously it is a powder base but it’s talcy and chalky. Maybe it’s because I’m from out of town and am used to a higher quality, but the people here have no frame of reference for good boba! Hope this place improves.

Response to Pocoyo 16 review. Stop lieing. I was there yesterday and saw you and your mother were yelling at the owners because you guys didn't like your drinks and demanded a refund. So you know. They are not responsible for your taste but. It's very very sad to see people like you go around to small businesses and gave them a hard time. Honey, life is so short, live your life with love and happy.not hates!

I love the inside of the place. When my mother and I entered I know that I acted my best, saying my “please” and “thank you”, the young worker there noticed as well. My only complain is that I ordered 3 smoothie drinks and 1 milk tea. The smoothie drinks were starting to separate from the tapioca pearls. I made sure to shake before putting the straw in, as I always do (key point). My matcha drink was exaggeratedly bitter, i love trying new stores and their matcha, but this drink was just way too bitter to the point that i thought maybe they just don’t have high quality matcha. So once I saw that my little brother and sister’s drink were turning into an awful looking consistency, I knew something was wrong. I went back to the store passively to try to fix the issue as calm and easy as possible. But they were stating that matcha is supposed to taste bitter, which I do agree, but not to the point that one cannot drink it. So when we complained about the consistency, they stated that we are supposed to shake it, we informed them that we did, but then went to say that we shook it too much? That made no sense whatsoever, the young worker tried reasoning with the older workers, but they rudely told him not to. We did leave with a refund, but we were passively trying to come to a solution, but obviously they were upset at the fact that there were others there witnessing the whole thing. The other customers could see the drinks as well. The workers even told us that “during the 8 years of working, you are the 1st one to complain”. So as much excitement as I had for the drinks, they didn’t have to be so rude and make stuff up to get out of the situation. Definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment, especially with the way they handle these type of situations.

Hi, if you were there, did you see the way the drinks looked at the top of the counter? Did you see how we swished it around and after a few seconds they were turning into a murky gray color? That’s why we put them on the counter so that they could see what we were talking about. If you really were there, did we really demand a refund or did the worker there say “what do you guys want then? A refund? ”. Because that isn’t demanding a refund to me. She willingly asked “ do you want a refund”. We were going back home from California and this place seemed to be the best one. Not like we go wasting our time to go and rate places? That fact that you say we were yelling is actually the opposite, we passively went in and explained the situation, but the 2 older workers got defensive real fast. So idk if you really did see what had happened.

Waaay over priced! Interior and exterior could use some sprucing.they clearly can afford it for $8 a drink and $12 for 1 serving of chicken.

My daughter and I came in here to get some drinks. The staff are fast and friendly and the drinks are great. Just a bit high priced but totally worth it

Amazing food and drinks, the building looks very pretty as well! The milk tea specifically is very good, especially the popping boba! Personally I reccommend getting this combo: Strawberry milk tea with strawberry and pomegranate popping boba! Made me happy everytime I'd come to order it:). Great business overall, even though sometimes ordering would be stressful!

Great food! Very poor service.we may have to wear face masks but people can still see you have a poor attitude.you guys should really be a little nicer or more friendly to your customers. Rushing them through the ordering process is horrible.especially when me and my sister were the only people in the store.

I just wanted to say everytime ive been there ive had professional and friendly service. Anyone that comments otherwise either have their own problems or were the problem. Thank you guys for the excellent food and drinks. I also love all your replies to the bad reviews. Keep up the good work and keep people in their place. Loyal customers that know better will continue to come
