Buckmaster Pumbing was very prompt in coming out to replace our water heater when it broke and gave us a very good deal on the replacement! Also, they removed all the galvanized pipes in our 1921 home and replaced them with new pipes in just under two days. I was afraid they would have to tear out some walls, but they just had to open two small holes in a hallway. I appreciate that they were very careful to do minimal wall cutting. The entire crew was very polite and professional. I definitely will use them again in the future!

Todd and his team served us well during the renovation process at Hazella Bake Shop in Lebanon, OR. Kory and the office staff were extremely professional and courteous.

We just moved out here. We needed some things fixed on the house. The front desk receptionist had great communication, she listened to concerns regarding any repairs, then she had dispatch out to our property to fix the issues. I will be using this company for any repairs on my house. They did a good job repairing so far. I will be calling them for any other repairs in the future, In my opinion. I recommend.

They were quick and responsive to my needs. I did cancel my appointment because I figured it out myself, but the customer service of the company was great. Everything one would hope to find in a local business.

Wonderful and professional service! My main water line was leaking when I called for an appointment. We set up a late afternoon appointment and Corey was able to come 3 hours earlier than expected. He fixed the pipes in no time using quality parts versus the inferior ones used when my house was built. He was kind, professional and efficient. Thank you! Chris is pretty amazing! He came out same day for some piping issues, and he not only came and fixed the issue, he helped to diagnose the real underlying problem, and problem solve ways to resolve the issue. He came back later that day and gave us an estimate on repiping our home. Incredibly professional, completely transparent, and as a bonus, our dog loved him. I would absolutely recommend Buckmaster for any plumbing needs!

These folks are very reliable, and knowledgable. We were very pleased with thier recent work and follow up on our ductwork. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a trained and honest specialist.

Heat pump install went great, but later found out they never pulled permits with the county and it didn’t meet code. Also took 4+ months to get them to submit rebate paperwork. They took care of everything eventually but was a strenuous process.

Kory Bates was great removing and replacing our 30 year old gas furnace.

Kyle went above and beyond in helping our family get rid of our plumbing problems and helped to prevent further problems. YAY! We chose Buckmaster because it was local and not the others. No names needed. Lol. Call them, you will be pleased!

Completely unreliable service. They are not at all courteous or timely. They have been to my house 3 times for a job that was covered by my home warranty and have yet to complete it. After a year of frustrations calls I finally got a hold of Pam (a new person) who was trying to get someone out to finish a furnace install. They workmanship is amateurish at best. They will leave you waiting for hours without giving you a call. Attached is a photo of water pooling under my furnace and after 3 messages in a month I still don't have it resolved. I’ll amend my review and keep you updated.

Unless you have no choice, I'd stay as far away as possible and hire a your next door neighbor. I’ll be reporting to the BBB and Oregon CCB.

Corey is the 'Plumbing Whisperer"! This guy no joke worked his butt off to get our problem solved. He's tenacious, like a dog with a bone; he was determined to fix my problem and he did it! There's no other plumber in town as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Corey and Buckmaster!

Brad came out and diagnosed a water issue no other plumber could. He gave me a solution to the problem and BAM 6 weeks of headaches went away! Brad and Wes are knowledgable, easy to work with, and do phenomenal work! THANKS GUYS! I highly recommend you!
