Really nice, non-pushy salesperson who helped us easily figure out what we needed and wanted. We did our own installation to save some money, which made the blinds a little pricey but definitely worth it. They work smoothly, look great, and block just enough light. We plan to do more windows in the future, and we will call this company when we do.

Got just what I needed. A little bit of "sticker shock" but I wanted a blackout, motorized blind for my bedroom window. Just got them installed yesterday and I slept really well with a lot less light coming in the window to wake me up.

I have used BB of Central Portland twice. I am happy with the end products. My first experience with the designer and the installation was as promised. My second experience with the designer and the installation process was less than expected. The first scheduled installation was a no-show and when I called to ask where the installer was they said, "oh he called in sick. " No call, no apology. The second date for installation was cancelled the day of the installation. Again, poor customer care. Would I use them again? Depends on the price.

We have had excellent experiences with budget blinds (we are returning customers) every step of the way including the design staff that comes to our home to help us select what we need, taking measurements and installation. Communication with everyone is excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful blinds. We purchased both blackout and light filtering versions for different areas. They all work perfectly and look great. I especially like the option of opening the blinds from either the top or bottom, especially on the blackout shades. We can maintain privacy and let in light during the day.
The whole process from consultation to installation to follow-up was done extremely well. Would highly recommend (and already have).
