This review is for Linda. The manager at budget storage. I appreciate her.
My 90 year old father went in last month to reserve a storage unit. He had just been accepted into Independent living at an senior housing. I had told him he didn't need a storage unit for the move but he is a bit stubborn:)
I didn't realize he had put a deposit down at Budget Storage until Linda called and left a message last week. We spoke this morning and she kindly used his deposit for some of the rent and wrote the rest off.
Her kindness and compassion helped alleviate some stress during this time of transition and moving.
