I mistakenly placed an order at BWW Salem when I called maybe 5 min after I placed the order I saw my mistake and called them to let them know to cancel it and see if I could transfer the order to Corvallis or credit me.the lady on the other end was rude from the moment she answered the phone as if I was the problem we got "I guess I can talk to my manager" and "no we can't do anything bye" ridiculous now that I know we could have been credited. Train your staff to have better phone etiquette speak volumes about the managers ability to train as well as work ethic.

This place SUCKS! Waitress dressed nasty and has messed up teeth, was scared one of them was gonna fall off into my food, Food gave me DIARRHEA FOR NOT 1, BUT 2 WEEKS. I think osha needs to stop by here and check on these hooligans.

We went a few weeks ago and we got a table right away, it was a weekend and eight before rush time, so we went in right away, ordered our drinks and appetizers right away as soon as we sat down since we knew what we wanted. We were a group of 4,4 drinks and Nachos as an appetizer. Took a little long getting our drinks out but we got them, we ordered our wings, the waitress was super nice. Then we waited.and waited.a group of 3 with kids sat on the booth behind us much after us. Well we kept waiting for our appetizer and nothing, the group behind us got their appetizer and then I became a little annoyed because we still hadn't got ours. Our waitress came back and apologized for the food taking a while, she said they were short staffed in the kitchen, to which I simply responded, "that's okay bit why did the table behind us get their appetizer before us when we were here at least 20 mins before them? " she looked over and the group said. "this is not ours we didn't order this. " (by this time there appetizer had been at their table at least 5-10 mins) the waitress picked up a tray of Nachos and said "I'm so sorry this is your appetizer, do you still want them? " I said "No, not really they've been sitting at another table. " The group behind us said "we didn't even touch them, so if you're going to throw them away to make THEM a new one we'll just take them" to which the waitress responded "oh sure, and don't worry they'll be free of charge" and replied to us. I'll have the kitchen make you new nachos but it'll be a few minutes. I couldn't believe, needless to say the people behind us kep making comments and it was so uncomfortable, our Nachos came out with our wings which by the way they messed up on the wing flavors also but the whole situation was so uncomfortable already we literally just asked for to go boxes, packed our food and left. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

15 min wait. Huge section open. Guess nobody wants to work anymore. Ridiculous won't be coming back

The service was not good! We were charged $10 (without knowing) for dipping ranch for our boneless wings. We did not receive carrots or celery with our wings and Our food was cold.
We usually going to Corvallis, OR and have always had good service. We do not plan on going back!

Tonight I was disrespect by the white waitress she wouldn’t serve me, she was rude had some dude name Phillip help me who wouldn’t stop calling me Sir after I asked him a bunch Of times to stop and he still didn’t listen!

Had to send my food back caused they didn’t listen to the order and to make things worst he was helping me out cause she refused to help me cause I’m a black guy! So she was racially Profiling me cause I have ask for hot food she didn’t even greet me when I came
In the bar area and sat down she didn’t even acknowledge me! I was sitting there for 10 mins waiting to get service and I guess the Manager had to come help since she refused to help her black customer!

I have done nothing wrong but wanted hot food and if it was cold I politely asked them if I can get hot food but I guess that’s a crime so I will no longer visit BBW on center st In Salem again this is not fair and very demoralizing cause I’m
Black she didn’t want to help me this is the second time she has done this so thank you wild wings for showing me I don’t matter thank you I will be contacting the GM to file a complaint of racially profiling me and not helping when I got there!

Waited 30 minutes to get a table because they were short servers. We got luke warm to cold food and the service was slow. They took 25% off our check and for several other tables.

Slow service, food is cold, waiters and staff not friendly. This place is going down hill very quickly. I suggest you go somewhere else! Management needs to change. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings.

I love the place but today I invite my sis for her bday and we were seated for like a half hour no one came to help us or ask anything we just left the place

They wouldn't even try to make my family feel welcome today when we came to watch the game and have a good time. Plenty of tables open, I don't mean 1 or 2, I mean plenty of tables but were advised to find somewhere else because it was going to be an hour wait because there was only 3 servers. I'm sorry I didn't realize it was there job to determine who to take and who to turn away because of a long wait time. Never came for the food anyways so now there is really no point to go back if we can't even watch a game on opening day.

Should be ZERO stars! Everything was AWFUL! Burgers, fried all cold. Toppings and sauces ordered; not received. Soda ordered. Not received. This was the worst dinner EVER. $110 sown the drain. Waste of freaking money. Had to throw out!

I tried to take my family here about 8 months ago, but their sign on the front door said only take out after 6: 00 p.m, we opted not to eat there that night because of that. We then waited 8 months to take my son out to his birthday here which was 9-14-23. We got there about 6: 30 and it wasn't too busy, but apparently it was too busy for the back kitchen. All of our food was cold so we sent it back. We got our food 20 minutes later again for the second time, and again it was cold. Also it was incorrect. They would only offer us a little bit of a discount for my son's burned chicken wings and my burger that was incorrect again. The fries were cold all night long. This restaurant in my opinion is only a glorified bar, which might be there advertisement I guess. If you like mediocre cold food and slow service, you should go here. By the way our waitress was very apologetic and it was not her fault at all. She was actually embarrassed by the kitchen and their quality that they were sending out. I would give this restaurant/bar a 1 out of 10. A change of management is definitely something to think about for this location. The picture you see below is an eighteen dollar burger and fries combo. Skinny fries and cold cold cold. They don't even fill up the platter that they are served on.

We went into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Salem, Oregon this past weekend for lunch. The place was almost empty. One table was occupied in the main dining area and only a few people were sitting in the bar area. We opted to sit in the bar area. We had no complaints with our server. She offered us drinks right away and was friendly. I ordered the chicken tenders and my husband ordered a burger. My husband said his burger was good but small. My chicken tenders were pretty good, but I'm glad I ordered the 5 pieces because they were very narrow and kind of small. I chose the parmesan garlic dipping sauce and only one small portion came with my meal. It was the worst dipping sauce I'd ever had. The overwhelming saltiness totally overpowered any parmesan or garlic taste. The tenders were perfectly fine without it. We both had fries and they were mediocre, and just warm. While my chicken tenders were nice and hot. Over all I'd say the food is the type typical of a bar where the bartender also cooks the food (even though BWW has their own cooks). Its the type of food that can be made fast when you are in a hurry.
It wasn't bad, (with the exception of that awful dipping sauce) but certainly not outstanding.

It's never fails- the wings are awful, as well as the service.
The bar tenders on the other hand have always been nice and quick.
When a business is always busy-have the correct amount if staffing. When a big sport event-double the staff.
Under new management. Hmmm then there should of been some big changes. Haven't seen that, and last night show that. We're going to Grab Wendy's before and only go through the Bar Tenders

Walked in almost an hour before closing asking if i could order some takeout the girl working said “i don’t know” twice then proceeded to turn on a vacuum and ignore me lol

The traditional wings have no meat to them. They need to step up like Iwings. The wait is ridiculous. We showed up at 530 and not alot of people. The last time I ate there was a year ago. Not going back.

Apparently the second time it was not a good experience, they behaved somewhat racistly with me and they did not treat me well, I am a fan of wings and I hope they improve the service.

You drive 20 minutes until you reach the restaurant at 12: 31 am, and the receptionist receives you. We do not receive orders after 12: 30 am, and according to the time specified in map, the restaurant closes at 1 am, which means 29 minutes remaining if you arrive at 12: 31, the restaurant may want this policy And the time announced in map is that you participate with them in raising the cleaning, because if you arrive after 12: 31, there is no work for you to do except cleaning with them.
