Buffalo Wild Wings reviews
23 So this was my first time ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately they messed up my order almost completely, which happens; I am a chef so I totally get it.
When I called to rectify they handed me over to a manager right away; who was a very nice gentlemen but I do not remember his name, who then proceeded to redo my whole order on the house which was hot and perfect.
They were professional, kind and the food turned out great in the end. Thank you for the great food guys, keep up the good work. Highly recommend.
I don't know what it is about the Corvallis location but they just are the worst BWW I have experienced from coast to coast.
I assume that's a reflection on local management because the staff seem friendly, but I'm consistently disappointed.
They seem to have no urgency in service, order accuracy, or general customer service.
Long wait times when they appear to be very few orders and no one else in the restaurant dining area.
It's been this way for years, so 2020 has at least not made it worse than its already bad service I guess?
Great friendly service. Clean restaurant. Food was good. The only reason I can't give them a 5 star is because I believe the entire franchise is way over priced for the condition and amount of food served. It's a high priced Wing Stop. But Wing Stop has better wings. This is why we visit only on very special occasions for the fried pickles.
Not a fan of the price changes. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. However, the quality of the food is only suitable as a budget option. The cost certainly can't be justified at this point.
Delicious wing and burger. This place usually is pretty busy so your experience at here might not always the same.
Busy service, great food, and great place to hangout with friends while waiting the food/wings.
I put in an order to go and when I arrived to pick it up, there was no one available to help for about 10 minutes. The order was correct but the fries I ordered were very stale and cold.
Was there for a fantasy draft, great kit, the floor host went out of his way to set us up, get us power, our kit and seating. Would be 5 stars but our waiter dropped the ball, had us waiting and didn't check in on us. We were thirsty and ready to eat, drink and draft. Food was good when it got there, the wings are hot n tasty. Happy hour is a fun deal, our floor host made sure happy hour times were honored because of our wait, thank you!
Good food. But we asked for the wings to have extra sauce and they came back with less sauce than normal. Lol Lots of screens which was distracting for my five year old. He couldn't decide which one to watch and kept whipping his head around. A little over stimulating, even for me.
This place upset me. I ordered a 14 price traditional wings and when I got home to find out the barley gave me half my order. I will not ever be eating here again.only reason I give one star is because I have to.
I go here on Wednesday nights for Trivia Night with my coworkers, and it's always a blast. Food is delicious, service is phenomenal, atmosphere is fun and friendly.
A friend of mine ate here recently and cut the boneless wing in half and it was still pink in the middle! Super dangerous.
Great wings! They are definitely on the spicy side, so even mild is hot. If you can still brave it, they have excellent wings. I haven't had the chance to try many other things, but their quality of food is high. Perfect atmosphere for watching the game or with a big group. Highly recommend for a lunch, dinner, or late gathering.
:)
I was seated and that's about it.never asked if I would like a drink or anything else.after about 20 minutes, I watched as another later across from me was seated and a waiter approached her, asked if she would like drink and immediately she was brought a beverage. I walked out.
I love BWW. This location did not disappoint. Outdoor seating was wonderful. The server was awesome. Poor gal had a table of 20 or so 13-15 year old boys. She took it like a champ. The food was prepared well. Beer was cold. All around very impressed.
Had a great time. Lots of different TV's showing different shows and they had half-off wings which happens on Tuesdays. I got the new Korean BBQ and the chipotle BBQ. Dank.
Always get the big pretzel. I've never had a better one anywhere else. Also they have the best mac and cheese in the world.
Food was delicious. Our server was very attentive and offered our kid a sauce sampler plate because he'd never been there. We're not sports fans but appreciated the variety of options on the TVs.
Great food and service! Love all the TVs. Mommy and Daddy are able to enjoy a nice dinner out while the kids are distracted
This would be 5 stars if I didn't have to order wings "extra wet" and still have some bare chicken on there. Still dang tasty!
The food tasted great. Everyone that works there is very kind. The only problem that I could think of would be the wait times. Not just for food but to be seated especially on game day/night. If you're ok with waiting an average of in hour in total (food and seating) then this is a great place to eat/watch sports.
