Small tasting room but good selection of their products on the shelf. Worth a try if you're in Portland

What a great tasting experience! Bull Run has a small, stand up, tasting room that might have a little wait but is definitely worth it. John was our taste master and did a great job. He is full of knowledge and has a great sense of humor. On to the whiskey! This is a small distillery but they they perform like they are the biggest and the best. Outstanding whiskey in a variety of traditional flavors and some extremely tasty and interesting variety. I recommend trying them all so you can find the ones you really like. I recommend the maple whiskey and the pinot noir whiskey. Also try the Aquivit and the Red Menace Ghost Pepper vodka. Wow! As for prices, Bull Run makes amazing, smooth, high octane spirits at a realistic price. Don't pay exorbitant prices for average whiskey at other places. Get Bull Run. Smoother and higher proof spirits that normal people can afford. I wish I had the funds to bring home every single bottle.

John gave us such an amazing experience tasting different whiskeys. Such a detailed description and a really fun and informative experience. Their Pinot noir whiskey is the best around and there service is always wonderful! I highly recommend them!

This was my first whiskey tasting and it was phenomenal, not only did Bull Run help me celebrate my second anniversary in style, they showed the true friendly atmosphere you so desire in these times, if you truly want to experience a friendly environment without any pressures of life outside their doors then Bull Run is your next stop, THANK YOU BULL RUN FOR MY BEST ANNIVERSARY YET! B was the most amazing host! They were super knowledgeable about the booze, gave out lots of fun historical factoids and even laughed at my lame jokes!
